Ich war sehr optimistisch von diesem Ort, und tatsächlich verbrachte einen sehr komfortablen Nachmittag in Klimaanlage mit hohem Geschwindigkeits-Internet für Arbeit. Der Ort ist ein Stein aus einer Vielzahl von Essensoptionen, und der Fluss, und es hat einen Schwimmbad. Aber es gab viel Baugeräusche von der nächsten Tür, und ich hätte nie gebucht, wenn ich das wusste. Es ist nicht auf der Website. Als ich die Blätter zurückgewürgt, hatte Hausbett die 30cm unter dem Bett völlig un-Blätter unter der Doona verlassen. Keine unter Schutz oder was, also nur meine eigenen Füße auf einer groben Matratzen. Schrecklich. Das Bett war auch ziemlich unkomfortable (hart) und würde von einem Topper profitieren. Jemand anderes schmutzige Socken waren in der Safe. Ich war bereit, die Tradition zu übersehen, die in mein Zimmer kam, während ich dort war. Glücklich, dass ich die Kette anhabte, und es war ein ehrlicher Fehler. Alles in allem denke ich, 3 Sterne ist ein wenig großzügige Bewertung, aber ich bin sehr dankbar für das, was es in kleinen Unternehmen ist und externe Faktoren Ihres Produkts beeinflussen. Eine allgemeine Workshop mit dem Personal würde es in keiner Zeit zu scratch bringen.

Second time here for fairly close access to Sydney International Regatta Centre.
Quiet location away from traffic. Cabins are of an adequate size for a family of 4 for a short period. The older cabins are certainly showing their age but comfortable enough for a quick night stop. I think the price we paid reflects this though.
Friendly staff when we checked in by phone out of hours.

Don’t waste your money on this Damp smelling Deluxe King room with Courtyard . A/C would not turn on so was a cold 14• for a few hours then someone came turned on a noisy outdated system which got to a top of 19• after 2 days. Couldn’t use the blanket provided in the cupboard was smelly old and had hair all over it.Bathroom was hard to access as sliding door was jammed and had shower in bathtub. Dodgy screwed latch was on sliding door to ugly outdated courtyard jail (didn’t even bother to go out as was so I’m inviting) ceiling in the hallway leaking and the ceiling tiles fell onto the floor during the night. A horrible overpriced experience at $557 for two nights!

Das war perfekt für mich, da ich in der Nähe des Krankenhauses, das ist eine zehn Minuten Fahrt entfernt ist. In der Nähe der lokalen Essens und auch der Bahnhof. Mein Zimmer übersehen den Park entfernt vom Zugbahnhof und der Zuglärm war kaum bemerkbar. Die einzige wirkliche Lärm kam aus meinen Hotelnachbarn und es scheint, dass viele Arbeiter die Suiten regelmäßig verwenden. Ich habe immer noch sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, die Einrichtungen sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und näher zu erreichen. Bestimmt empfehlen. Danke!

Sehr sauber und ruhige Eigenschaft. Wifi war gut, ideale Lage, nur Meter vom Eisenbahn. Zimmer extrem ruhig, auch direkt neben der Eisenbahnlinie. Hat keine Zuge gehört. Sie mussten in der Vergangenheit einige Beschwerden hatten, weil sie Ohrenschneider auf dem Betttisch angeboten hatten. Nicht zu wollen, sie waren notwendig

Hier war es für eine Nacht während einer Geschäftsreise zu Kunden in den nahe gelegenen Industrieanlagen. Nice, geräumige Studio-Unterkunft. Es fehlte ein Frühstücksrestaurant. Die Studie war ausreichend geräumig, Bett und Kissen waren auch komfortabel. Es hatte ein Gemeinschaftswäscheraum auf dem Boden, den ich verwendet hatte. Für jeden, der in der Kingswood-Unterstadt bleiben muss, ist dies eine schöne Option und ich würde auch hier wieder bleiben, wie und wann es notwendig erscheint, übernachten in dieser Nähe.

Vor kurzem blieb er in diesem Hotel als Teil eines Sportteams, das 8 Nächte verbringt. Personal, vom Manager Mark bis zur Hauspflege waren großartig. Sehr an unseren Bedürfnissen angepasst und Lösungen anbieten, um das Management und die Belastung von Mahlzeiten für alle einfach zu machen. Das Abendessensmenü für alle Geschmacks- und Nachtmahl-Spezialitäten war ein Bonus, der uns dabei unterstützt, auf dem Haushalt zu bleiben. Da unser Zeitplan flexible war, konnten wir vorbestellen Abendessen und wurden sogar nehmen Packungen angeboten, wenn es nicht rechtzeitig wieder. Die Zimmer waren komfortable und geräumig genug für Erwachsene. Komplimentarisches Wasser und Badprodukte in den Zimmern waren großartig. Für Gruppen/Sportteams, die diese Bewertung lesen, gab es keine Kücheneinrichtungen in den Zimmern, aber wir konnten selbst Mittagessen in verfügbarem Raum im Unterkunftsbereich vorbereiten. Es gibt keine Wäscherei, aber Wäschetromat kurze Entfernung zur Verfügung. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit Lärm aus der Bar-Zone unten, aber während unseres Aufenthalts fanden keine Bands oder große Veranstaltungen statt.

GGuest UserI had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Although an argument can be made about eclecticism and the use of curating a collection of exceptional vintage and contemporary objects this was not the case here, it read as a mismatched bric-à-brac (to borrow a Victorian word from the building time period that's true meaning in French means ”any old way” or ”at random”). Einfacher Zugang zur Stadt und besonders, wenn Sie in der Nähe des unteren und oberen Nordküstes zu sein. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück war wirklich gut, das Ding war aufmerksam in speziell Diego, die oben und darüber ging, um unsere Zeit im Hotel sehr angenehm zu machen und immer glücklich versucht, all unsere vielen Anfragen zu befriedigen. Ich werde sicherlich noch einmal dort bleiben.

GGuest User4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

However, the hotel seems to be a little bit old and the cleaning service is not very frequent.
The gym and swimming pool is also very small and poor.
But the good thing is there are washing machine, dish washing machine in every room.

GGuest UserDieses Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Sydney, gegenüber dem ikonischen „Victorian Era“ Queen Victoria Building, und in der Nähe von Sydney Town Hall, mit einer bestimmten „europäischen“ Luft zum Nachbarn. Das Hotel hat keine Sidney-Voraussetzungen: Es ist einfach, sauber, mit sorgfältiger Empfang -Desk-Personal. Zimmer variieren in Ausstattung und Preis: Ich nahm ein 5th-floor Zimmer mit Blick auf die QVB, kein offenes Fenster, zwei Betten, kleiner, aber nicht weniger Platz als ich brauchte; Aufzug. Ich hatte einen speziellen Preis, in einer „downtime“ für die Gastfreundschaftsindustrie. Das war ein erster Besuch: Das Hotel erfüllte meine Qualitätserwartungen, insbesondere für einen Budget Traveler.

I stayed for a total of 5 nights, Tue and check out on Sunday(7-12 Feb 2023)
Plus point
-Location is really good , plenty of thai/chinese restaurants and room is huge.
-Bed is comfortable,
-Yoshie is one that was one more friendly staff that I remembered her name , please give her a raise or wine on me.(she is a Japanese, in case i got her name wrong)
Hotel staff, is a on and off experience.
The night ones tend to be more ”cold” and the day ones are much better.( again, Yoshie was the ”better” ones, there are more, but I couldnt remember their name)
Now on to the exciting part...
Tuesday- Checkin day, A smooth day but without hand towels and when I asked for them before leaving the place for a concert.
( they claim they were in laundry or something and I find it hard to believe for a 5 star accommodation)
We were without a frying pan as well( they send it up though when i called for it)
Wed- Requested for toothbrush/Toiletries and had to request again after waiting for more than an hour, as it was forgotten ,I presumed
Thu- Requested to change towel when we went out in morning, nothing was done when we were back in evening.
I especially informed the morning reception guys to not forget it, but someone in the middle must have forgotten it.
Evening time, The staff upon informing said they will have it there in 10 mins, which they did.
By the way, the phone became faulty but I didn't bother to inform as I thought I wont have much trouble with it not in use.
I was wrong.
Friday- The express cleaning end-up with all the towels taken away and, thats it.
We found out when we were back in evening.
We were left with no towels and on top of that the phone was not working so I had to go downstairs to inform the reception/staff , on night shift i suppose.
Again they said would be there in 10 mins, which more or less they did.
Saturday- There was a huge cockroach and I had to kill it myself, informed the staff downstairs but honestly I dont expect change of room or anything, just to feedback.
From the above, you can see there were full of dramas and I think these are basic expectations.(especially the towel part)
Would I be back there if I ever go Sydney again?

GGuest UserA great place to stay near Light Rail, Chinatown, Central, and shopping. Our room was excellent, and we found the reception staff always welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It is an excellent hotel for location, for guests who may have difficulty walking up and down sloping streets, as it is in a comparably level area.

EelsamDas Zimmer ist sehr sauber, der Boden ist hoch und das Licht ist gut, die Lage ist sehr gut und leicht zu erreichen, nur ein paar Haltestellen von der Harbour Bridge entfernt. Die Küche und Küchenutensilien sind sehr komplett, eher für Familienausflüge geeignet! !

GGastnutzerHotels in Australien sind teuer. Der Service und die Einrichtungen sind mit denen in China nicht zu vergleichen. Die Zimmergröße beträgt 36P. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick, das ich gebucht habe, liegt in Darling Harbour. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Arbeitskräfte sind zu teuer und es gibt eine große Kluft zwischen W in Sydney und W am Bund (W am Bund beträgt 50 P). Chinesische Online-Mitfahrgelegenheitsfahrer in Sydney sagten, dass niemand Hotelkellner werden möchte, also haben sie es getan kann nur Kellner mit hohem Gehalt einstellen. Die Lage von W ist wirklich gut, die beste Lage in Darling Harbour, direkt neben dem Sofitel. Die Lichter im Zimmer sind dunkel und diesig, und der Flur hat eine Sternenhimmeldecke. Wer es heller mag, mag es vielleicht nicht. Die Badewanne und der Duschraum sind nicht getrennt. Daher sind Nass und Trocken nicht getrennt. Das Frühstück ist komplett im westlichen Stil, was ziemlich reichhaltig ist. Für diejenigen, die nicht an westliches Frühstück gewöhnt sind, wird es unangenehm sein.
Da ich mental keine hohen Erwartungen hatte, konnte ich diesen Standard akzeptieren. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, umgeben von Restaurants und ganz in der Nähe von Chinatown.
