Ich war zufrieden und die Antwort war freundlich. Ich kam allein mit einer koreanischen Frau, aber am letzten Tag war ich in der Nähe meines australischen Großvaters im Hotel, so habe ich viel gesprochen !!! Gefriedene Unterkunft ist auch teddy und ich empfehle hier zu kommen !!! Sydney ist teuer, aber der Wein hier ist lecker und billig

Ich hatte eine harte Zeit, ich wurde durch das Doppelte des Preises für ein Zimmer gerettet, in dem ich es online bezahlen, als ich dort ankam, die Dame, die sie ist Asiat, die mir einen Tod anzusehen gab, war nicht bewusst, dass ich das Zimmer bezahlt. Kundenservice war nicht gut, ich denke, sie mussten einen Kurs zu wissen, wie man Gäste mit Lächeln zu begrüßen, Management sollte sich das ansehen, und einfügen, dass das Zimmer, das uns gegeben wurde war (unrein) Ich überprüfte die Toilettenbäder und die Kegel (Poops) und war noch um sie herum gesehen. Pathetischer! Pathetischer Hotel Ich habe jemals 🤮 reserviert

Positives - Erleichterung der Buszugänge direkt vorne - ID und Kartendetails, um in so keine ärgerliche Anleihe halten - AUSWIRKLICH Kundenservice!! Die Dame bei der Eincheckung war so warm und willkommen und machte mich wie ein geschätzter Gast, der so erfrischend ist, dass in vielen Budget-Preispunkt Unterkunft über die Jahre große Kundenservice ist sicherlich nicht die Norm, so ich danke ihnen sehr für das. - Ausgezeichneter Preispunkt bezahlt $85 für die Nacht - Großer Standard der Reinigung - Ruhe - Mikrowelle in der gemeinsamen Umgebung Negative - Der Kunststoff-Stool war sehr kurz und unbehaglich. - Keine Teebeutel oder etwas im Zimmer, sagt alle entfernen wegen der COVID-Verhütung, aber es macht nicht wirklich Sinn, wenn man alles z.B. Seifenbaren, Bettblätter, alle werden verarbeitet und in den Zimmer gelegt, so wie individuell verpackt Kaffee/Tee ist Hoheres Risiko, das ich nicht verstehe.

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.

Der Service war großartig, die Kekse und das Bett waren die komfiesten, das Essen im Speisesaal war ein 4/5 nur weil ich für eine bestimmte Parmie nicht ein mit Eierpflanze auf sie verwendet und es war kein Tomatensaft es war anders, Das Zimmer brauchte einen Mini-Kühlschrank, aber da wir nichts kalt halten konnten. Sonst waren die beiden Dinge ein toller Aufenthalt.

If your hotel checklist includes new fitout, comfy bed, excellent shower, quality toiletries, proximity to public transport and shops, and a plethora of eateries nearby, put the Hurstville Travelodge on your list because it ticks all the boxes. And there's more, including parking at reasonable rates, welcoming staff, impeccable cleaning standards and modern decor. We really enjoyed our one night here but it definitely won't be the last.

Es ist grundlegend, aber hat alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich viel Schleifen und Speicherplatz und Mikrowelle. Nicht unspottbar sauber, aber weit von Schmutz. Nichts besonderes oder spannendes, aber perfekt lebensfähig. Die einzige Frage ist die Wartung wie Toilettenleckung und Bettrahmen wobbley und sogar der Seifehalter fiel aus der Wand. Die beiden männlichen Mitarbeiter waren immer so freundlich und willkommen, aber die Dame, die am Samstag arbeitete, hatte eine kalte Persönlichkeit und sie würde mir nicht 10 Cents leihen, so dass ich die Waschmaschine nutzen konnte, ohne den ganzen Weg in die Bank zu gehen, um noch mehr Münzen zu bekommen. Ich hatte 2 Nächte, die ich bereits gezahlt hatte und hätte ihnen die 10 Cents am nächsten Tag zurückgegeben.

The hotel was very affordable and conveniently located, right in the CBD. Everything worked as it should, A/C was very good and much needed during our stay. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little on the small side, and the bathroom a little dated. No real issues to speak of, we would definitely stay there againa.
