Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

Obwohl es fast 20 Kilometer von der Stadt entfernt ist, gibt es eine U-Bahnstation, wo immer es angebracht ist, und der Flughafen hat eine Opal-Buskarte, wo immer du willst. Ich wollte es noch einmal machen. Ich habe ein Zimmer über den Haushalt. Zusammenfassend, der Preis ist super hoch, das nächste Mal in Sydney.

Während meiner kürzlich nach Sydney gefahrenen Reise war mein Gepäck verzögert und dann wurde ich für ein paar Tage krank. Die Mitarbeiter am Blick, insbesondere Daniel am Frontdesk, waren besonders gratulierend und hilfreich. Sie gingen aus ihrem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass ich das gefunden habe, was ich brauchte.

Der Service war hervorragend. Das Mädchen am Revier empfahl ein 2-Bettzimmer, als ich für mich und 2 Kinder ein Königsbettzimmer reservierte. Auch empfahl, in ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Opera House zu steigen. Beste Wahl je. Gemütliche Aussicht. Meine Kinder lieben die Erfahrung.

Auf einem Familienausflug während des Frühlingsfestes wohnte unsere vierköpfige Familie in einem Turm-Zweibettzimmer im 13. Stock. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und konnte den Glockenturm sehen. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Minibar, Kapselkaffee, Teebeuteln, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Passwortbox, 3 Flaschen Mineralwasser pro Tag, Einwegzahnbürsten (diese gibt es in anderen Hotels nicht, Einweghausschuhe). Das Bett ist ruhig weich, aber unterstützend. Als Person, die gerne tief schläft, verspüre ich beim Aufwachen am nächsten Morgen keine Beschwerden in der Taille. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Bis zum Opernhaus, zum Hyde Park, zu Kunstgalerien, zum Botanischen Garten und zu Museen sind es nur zehn Minuten. Unten im Hotel gibt es verschiedene Einkaufszentren und Luxusgeschäfte und zum QVB sind es 5 Minuten. Werde es Freunden empfehlen, die Sydney besuchen!

I had previously read the comments before booking at the capsule hotel as I usually do to avoid disappointment of available amenities, staff etc… when checking in I found the location in the heart of the CBD perfect with food vendors straight across from the hotel and a 2 minute walk from the light rail that takes you straight to the main shopping district and the rocks for all your art and entertainment. Staff were very kind and approachable even the guard at the bottom floor bar exit door was friendly to me when exiting at night. I found noise never to be an issue in the pods, although I did wear headphones at night time to listen to music but the room is practically always quiet. I was worried about how the air flow would be in the pods and about the mattress comfort from previous reviews thinking I may have got a one way ticket to a hot box scenario but I found it to be very comfortable with great airflow, I had the air flow on 1-2 levels at different times of the day and they still had an option for a third stronger airflow that I found unnecessary. I loved coming back to the pod for some RNR between my busy schedule over the three days I stayed here, the mattress for me was so comfortable and reminded me of the tatami mats in Japanese culture that they sleep on so as a westerner it actually opened my perspective to understanding Japanese culture better. I found that the shared bathrooms were always clean and never to crowded at both night and day. The last thing I can comment about is the storage was a great size I like that they had a hanger in your card accessed locker to dry your towel out through the day and still stay seperate from my belongings. Overall as a solo female traveller I would highly recommend the capsule hotel Sydney. I have stayed at hostels in Sydney close by to this hotel but that extra privacy allowed me to not feel like I wanted to stay out all day till bedtime. This was a last minute trip and if I ever had to book another last minute stay in the city I will book here.

Liebte den kleinen Sitz/Tisch am Fuße des Bettes und das wunderschöne Mantelstück. Liebte, wie keine Kunststoffbeutel in den Abfallpapierkorben verwendet werden. Danke für die Erhöhung, die Flasche Wein für unser Geburtstag und die späteste Abreise (2.00pm!) Sehr großzügig! Leckeres Essen und Frühstück in Bar Morris - was ein wunderschöner Raum! Unglaubliche Service vom Wartepersonal - freundlich und professionell. Eine perfekte Aufenthaltsstelle!

We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

Ich hatte ein paar Hiccups, wie jeder Reisende in jedem Hotel würde, aber einmal erwähnt von mir an das Personal, dass sie ohne Zweifel gingen weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt perfekt war. Es ist nicht der glamourösste oder größte Ort oder sogar der sogekommenste Ort, aber es war perfekt für einen Solist wie ich, der nach Australien reist, um Mardi Gras und die Website zu sehen. Andere Freunde von mir liefen in zahlreiche Probleme über meine Herausforderungen in anderen großen Kette-Hotels, aber dieser kleine Ort hielt mich gelaufen und machte mich sehr glücklich.
