Great service in a great hotel. Got a handicap accessible room right across hall from elevators ... very clean and quiet. Housecleaning service was excellent, gave us whatever we asked for without any problems. Front desk people were friendly and accommodating. In-house restaurants had good food and a great staff. Main complaint was parking... nothing close to the entrance, ot even the handicap spaces.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, nach westlicher Art, Rührei, Pastetchen, dicke Cerealien, gebackene Kartoffelstücke, Saft, Brot, Spiegeleier, kann an einer Stelle selbst bedient werden. Es ist ein Stil amerikanischer Familien, die Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht, aber es ist kein Stil mit einheimischen Hotels. Die Lage ist OK, grundsätzlich in der Uni. Mir reicht es, kein Urlaub.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Der Duschgriff fehlte und da es Samstag war, war niemand vom Hausmeisterdienst erreichbar, um ihn zu reparieren. Auch war kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Ich hätte gerne eine Art Entschädigung vom Hotel oder Trip.com bekommen, konnte Trip.com aber erst später in der Woche anrufen und niemand konnte/will etwas für mich tun.

Die Lage ist eine Stunde von Boston entfernt, die Umgebung ist schön und kaufen Sie einfach.

Dieses Hotel habe ich mehrere Male gelebt und es fühlt sich gut an. Die geografische Lage ist überlegen, im Zentrum von Woods, der Parkplatz ist auf dem hohen Parkplatz gegenüber der Straße, aber es gibt einen Parkschein, unbegrenzt kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist die Standards für diese Art von Hotel in den USA, nicht gut, aber es ist nichts passiert. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt eine Bäckerei-Bar, die unten ist, und der Geschmack ist noch zu lang.

Die Lage war großartig. Das Zimmer war ok, es war komfortabel. Der Sänke ließ sich nicht gut ablaufen und es gab einen riesigen Fehler auf der Decke. Es wäre schön, etwas näher an die Lobby gewesen zu sein, als wir eine Spazierfahrt waren.
