The staff at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. However, the first room they put me in every light in the room was on and the AC didn’t work. The bathroom sink would not drain. They moved me to another room and again the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. When I tried to get back in my room to leave the door lock would not work. I had to stand in the hall while they changed batteries. This is supposed to be done on a regular basis. There’s a little lake next to the hotel that’s nice. In the bathroom, the grout was coming up out of the floor in places and I stepped on a piece of grout in the middle of night. Hurt! Should have been re-grouted along time ago. Hotel shows its age, but let me say again the staff was great!

This hotel is now on the top of our list for Wichita Falls. The entire hotel is extremely clean and tidy from the parking lot to the front desk to the elevators and especially the rooms. It not only looks clean, this place smells clean. The front desk manager, Rebecca, is wonderful. She impressed us upon entering the lobby and was totally professional and courteous.

I do not know where to begin on this outstanding hotel. Very nice, inviting, clean, and welcoming. Love the decor in the lobby with all the seating to enjoy the ambiance!! The room was sparkling clean. Fluffy towels, shiny fixtures in the bathroom. The beds were comfy, as were the pillows. Well done, Delta Hotel, Wichita Falls, Tx. Thank you for making our anniversary stay memorable. We will return soon. The restaurant - Wellborn R2 is wonderful. Our steak dinner abd the breakfast were well presented & both were delicious! Loved the microgreens on our breakfast food.

Ich war für Arbeit durchgelaufen und für den Abend aufhörte. Ich wollte diesen Ort lieben, aber leider hatte ich mehrere Fragen. Erstens der Kundenservice. Wir hatten eine Frage mit dem Zimmer und Buchung und wurden mit einer solchen Einstellung, Ruhe und Missachtung getroffen - ich werde Marriott Firma kontaktieren. Ich habe nie so „angegriffen“ über eine Minute Service-Problem am Ende, das vor Stunden scheinbar gelöst wurde. Ich rief und hatte eine Nachricht im Buchungsmargen über diese Diskrepanz. Zweitens, es ist sehr laut / nahe der Autobahn-Bewahrung (viele Verkehrslärm sogar mit der Luft auf). Schließlich, während die Zimmer schön, modern und sauber sind (meist), war der „reine“ Geruch übertrieben, um meinen Allergien zu entfachen. Würde nicht wieder bleiben und würde es nicht empfehlen. So wie Ihr “Bulling” fortsetzt. Meine bf sagte, es solle gehen, aber ich toleriere keine Ruhe oder Missachtung im Gastfreundschaftsfeld, wo ich ein zahlender Kunde bin. Leider ist es so ein wunderschönes Eigentum. Nur schlecht von der Top ...down verwaltet.

I was pleasantly surprised as this was the first time that I visited this brand by Hilton. The lobby was wide and spacious, housing a large breakfast room, lounge area with pool table, and nice snack store. The room was compact, which was OK for me since I was traveling solo and only had a carry on and backpack (for those traveling with a spouse or family or just want extra space, this property also houses a Home2 Suites). However, the room was nicely and efficiently decorated, including a mini refrigerator (no microwave) and plenty of outlets for chargers and USB ports. The bathroom, on the other hand, was more spacious. My only complain is that all soap and shampoo containers are fixed to the wall and of the squeeze operation, which to me does not feel very hygienic. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the individual bar of soap and small shampoo bottles. The breakfast was excellent and had hot and cold options to satisfy most tastes. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room is clean. Pillows are great. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. Tv works. WiFi works great. Front desk friendly. But, there is no breakfast only coffee in the lobby . No coffee maker in the room. No hair dryer. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor or a small round table. Both of us used the floor. One chair in a room that sleeps 4. Vanity light works if bathroom light is on. Three story building with outside doors and no elevator. No restaurant nearby except for Arby’s. .
