Master bedroom has a brand new king size bed, with a private access to a patio with two lounges. For those on "workation", there's a desk for you to use in the bedroom.Second bedroom has two twin size beds. All beds have been updated with new mattresses.Brand new foldout bed is available as the sleeping accommodation for the 5th person. Nestled behind the dunes is this hidden gem and slice of paradise. 2nd Fl unit with all the comforts of home, and recently updated with new paint, furniture, flooring, and ceiling fans. Spend your days at the #1 beach in the US or explore all there is to do in Siesta Key Village, Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido key and Longboat Key.Beach chairs are provided for our guests at the beach - Umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and cooler are in the unit. The community has a pool, shuffleboard and a Laundromat (located on ground floor). High speed internet, cable TV and smart TVs in all of the rooms. There is a charcoal grill located out front of the bldg, as well as common area table/umbrella space for hanging out. Full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave for those nights you want to stay in, Keurig, as well as drip coffee makers (byo Kcups), and sheets and bath towels will be provided to our guests. There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a king bed, and the second with a queen and single bed.There is parking in front of the unit, but you can get around the Key using the Free Trolley system that runs from from 9:00 a.m til 10:00 p.m every 15 minutes. There are other free methods of transportation too that you can contact for pick-up (tips appreciated). And of course, Uber is always an option. Walk to Stickney Point Restaurants/Bars/Rentals/MarinaWe offer onsite property management, maintenance crew, laundry facilities, private beach (complimentary lounges & restrooms in breezeway), HEATED community pool with restrooms, and community room (library, pool table and ping pong). ***Remember from the fire station, near the public beach, down to Captain Curts (Stickney Point bridge) MOST complexes across Midnight Pass DO NOT have beach access so you will need to walk, drive or take transportation to the public beach or beach access by Captain Curts. You cannot cut through the resorts on the beach side. We are beach side with a HUGE PRIVATE BEACH.Just park your car and enjoy your stay. Stickney Point is walkable or catch the free trolly right outside the community and go to Siesta Village (or Stickney Point). The Frog Hop is also available (they will pick you up most anywhere on the key). Their number is in our villa.
