Welcome to 45 North Chalet where you will discover unparalleled adventure in the heart of northern Michigan. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfectly equipped for a relaxing and fun getaway, year round! On the main upper level you will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a king bed and smart TV and the other with a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs. This space boasts an inviting living room with a large brick natural gas fireplace and a large Smart TV. Beautiful views of the wooded property can be seen from the living room and dining area or you can step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. A cozy fire pit can be found in the backyard for more outdoor fun!On the lower level, enjoy a spacious family room with a freestanding natural gas fireplace, a foosball table, smart TV, and a game table for playing poker and various board games for endless hours of fun. This level features a large third bedroom with two full beds and a sit to stand desk with a large monitor and keyboard/mouse if you need to work remote. Both levels feature a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. A laundry room is located in the lower level - laundry detergent, iron and ironing board provided. Our guests have access to the Michaywe Clubhouse which includes a sauna, an indoor pool and hot tub (open Sept-May), and an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day-Labor Day). A beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Chalet sits in a peaceful secluded neighborhood in the highly regarded Michaywe community. The house is newly decorated and ready to welcome you and your family. The property sits on a double lot with a lot of nice views from the large windows and deck. The high cathedral ceilings are also a site to take in. The location is also just 15 minutes out of downtown Gaylord and close to many attractions all year round.The spaceThis Chalet it sits on top of a hill, in a neighborhood that provides a secluded feeling, but close enough to your neighbors. The house has a two car garage and a full wrap around deck. As you enter the property using the smart lock on the front door, you will see the high cathedral ceilings and large windows. There is a roomy sectional sofa and a 75 inch TV on the main floor. On the right of the sectional is also a gas fireplace for those cold nights.Past the sofa, you will enter a fully equipped Kitchen and dining area. Right behind the dining table is a sliding glass door that leads to the wrap around deck, with patio furniture and a gas grill. The front of the house there is also a firepit. There is also additional parking for large vehicles or trailers on the property.Back inside on the main floor there is a bedroom with a Queen bed, and another room with 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds with both having room darkening shades. On the upstairs floor is the master, which features a King bed with high vaulted ceilings, with a master bath attached, with a large tub. All rooms feature side table lamps with 3 USB ports and outlets for all your electronics.In the basement there is also two sofas with a 65 inch TV and a gas fireplace. Both TV's include Netflix and Amazon Prime, additionally they are smart TV's that can support other apps. This space also has a foosball table, multiple board games and an Arcade featuring 12 different games.The Michaywe community has a club center, with a pool. We always will make sure the private hot tub at Stellar’s Place is sparkling clean for you on your arrival. *We provide a nice complimentary snack tray for our guests. *We provide complimentary coffee flavors of different types of quality coffee , hot coco, marshmallows, and even cappuccino. The coffee maker is new and will do pods or ground coffee beans. Also a nice coffee bean grinder at the coffee bar that currently has fresh Jamaican Blue Mountain whole coffee beans in it. *We provide complimentary soaps, shampoo’s, tooth paste, dryer sheets, laundry soap for washer and dryer if needed during your stay. There’s box fans there for any reason. Slides, and swing set, and i think it’s horse shoes or something very similar to horse shoes.Tennis courts along road by club house going to michaywe pines golf course. These are more seasonal. Available during warm and hot months.Michaywé property owner guest have exclusive seasonal access to our Opal Lake Park & Beach House.
