Das ist ein neues modernes Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Genießt das Restaurant/Bar im Lobby. Sehr schönes Wohngebiet mit Feuerbädern. Front Desk war außergewöhnlich, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Michael war besonders hilfreich und ging oben und weiter im Kundendienst. Er war genügend freundlich, um für uns den Feuerhaufen zu starten, obwohl er wegen früherer Regen bedeckt wurde. Das Hotel ist bequem am Autobahn gelegen, aber der Lärm kann für einige beunruhigend sein. Unser Zimmer war von der Autobahn entfernt, aber wir konnten es noch nachts hören. Würde noch einmal hier bleiben!

Probably the nicest of the Embassy suite locations I have visited! Right in the heart of Downtown Knoxville's Theatre District. You are walking distance to entertainment, shopping, restaurants - one block down from Market Square where live concerts are held and a less than 10 minute drive to University of Tennessee campus. And that's just the location! The amenities are remarkable and the hotel itself seems brand new with very upscale modern feel to it. Their cocktail reception is on the second floor with an outdoor setting option as well as an amazing rooftop bar (separate from the hotel-so guests cannot charge to room) that spilled into the hotel's swanky rooftop pool and lounge area. I enjoyed a full moon and a couple of glasses up there. There was an expanded market with an array of toiletries, snacks, microwavable foods, a wide variety non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as an entire gift/souvenir section for UTK fans! There is also a local market across the street for anything more that you might think of. The room was a generous space with the usual closed door bedroom. The decor was minimalist sleek, the bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean. I really appreciated the motion sensor night light in the bathroom. Breakfast was well staffed and always replenishing the food and coffee, extensive with the usual omelet station and a very nice dining area overlooking the grand main lobby. I will say the fitness center, although a nice facility with brand new equipment and provided just a little more than your usual few treadmills and a rack of free weights, it is strangely located right at the entrance of the hotel with glass windows all around for anyone to see walking by the hotel or into the hotel. So I did not use it. Also, I understand why there is only valet for this hotel as parking is a challenge downtown. It would be nice to inform guests that they have the option to park in the public garage where the 3rd level walk way leads directly to the hotel. We were only informed of this once we had already checked in and our car was with valet. All in all, we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville - it really felt like a Conrad hotel but at Embassy Suite prices!

Das Hotelzimmer war angenehmen und hatte alles, was wir brauchen. Sauber und sehr organisiert.

Das Zimmer ist groß, die Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und der Parkplatz ist bequem.

Das war unser bestes Hotel-Aufenthalt in den Altersgruppen. Wir wurden von Natalie angemeldet, die freundlich, hilfsbereit und nur Spaß war. Sie sorgte sich dafür, uns ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen und sicherte, dass wir klar darüber waren, wie wir zu unserem Abendziel kommen. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Das WiFi nahm ein wenig Finagling an, um angeschlossen zu werden, aber nachdem wir es angeschlossen hatten, blieb es angeschlossen und funktionierte gut. Wir schliefen gesund und komfortabel, wach auf frisch. Check out ging reibungslos. Wir werden zurückkommen, wenn möglich.

zentral .. ok aber in Knoxville ist fast alles zentral. Das Hotel ist definitiv schon vor 20 Jahren in die Jahre gekommen .. wir reisen viel, in der ganzen Welt aber so wenig Charme hat noch kein Hotel versprüht.. die Klimaanlage ist so laut wie ein Traktor .. auch auf der niedrigsten Fan stufe kann man sie nicht laufen lassen- einschlafen unmöglich! Das man unsere bezahlte Buchung zuerst nicht gefunden passt ins Gesamtbild . Antiquiert mit dem Charme eines DDR HOTEL vor 30 Jahren- ich glaube Starbucks im Haus ist das beste an dem Hotel

Unter normalen Bedingungen wäre dieses Hotel zu teuer für einen Kostenbericht. Aber da die Dienstleistungen, wie das heiße Frühstücksbuffet aufgrund der Beschränkungen Covid-19 zurückgeschnitten werden mussten, hat dieses Hotel die Nachtgebühr angepasst. Also habe ich eine Studio-Apartment mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche für eine Woche. Liebe das Personal. Sehr professionell sowie großzügig. In der Nähe zu Walmart und Restaurants.
