We have 5 beds, 4 full baths, massage chair, a private heated pool, and hot tub upon request (note: hot tub operates 4-9 pm, or can be scheduled for another 5hr timeframe. This is a quiet residential community and quiet hours are between 10:00PM to 7:00AM. No loud noise or loud music outside after 10 PM. The City, Police Department, and the HOA require that Vacation Rental Owners make efforts to control outdoor noise level during Quiet Hours.No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, but please do not toss cigarette butts in the yard. Please use outdoor cigarette disposal bin. Please park only on the driveway, do not park on the grass or the neighborhood street.If House Rules are violated, we will treat that as a cancellation of the Booking by you; your stay will be terminated and all guests will be evicted immediately and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid. If you exceed the number of guests, you will also be charged the extra per-person fee for any guest above the number you stated in your reservation.By booking, you have read and agreed with the House Rules.
