I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Meine Mutter und ich waren in der Stadt für medizinische Begegnungen. Das Hotel war bequem für Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway und North Central Expressway. Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich sauber. Das Sitzbereich plus das Bett war ein toller Kombo. Das TV war riesig und war von Sofa zu Bett wechselbar. Das Badezimmer hatte was wir als ein Walk-in-Dusche betrachten. Das Frühstück war das beste von jedem Hotel, das wir jemals verblieben haben.

Es war eine sehr komfortabel 5 Tage~ Das Bett war komfortabel und sicher. Besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Wenn Sie zurückkommen, wählen Sie diesen Ort.

No problem here, this hotel has large and clean rooms. Good service.

This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking. Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

All the bath essentials were empty when getting in there. The beds were a bit hard. Pillows were Mediocre and end up being hard after an hour of laying on them. Shower/tub had a little Mold around the edges. No free coffee available downstairs like they use to have. Service was very friendly. Pool looked a bit dirty. The price is not worth the stay. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for A lot less. Mediocre hotel for me. I should have just picked the one down the road that was nicer stay at quality inn for half the price. I thought hiltons were supposed to be to be way better than this for this price.

Das Ganze ist gut. Es ist, dass die Gesamtstruktur des Gebäudes nicht sehr geräuschisolat fühlt, es gibt immer Kinder, die auf dem Stock laufen. 😅 Aber der Service ist immer noch gut, um acht Uhr ankommt es, ein junger Mann ist sehr gut. Ja, das Fitnesszimmer fühlt sich etwas scharf, das Zimmer ist zu wenig Ausrüstung, es ist schrecklich, die Schulter schleifte sich nicht fest, als ich den Schüssel drückte, und ich habe fast 😪

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und für lange Aufenthalte bequem. Allerdings ist der Hauswirtschaftsservice ziemlich minimal, bietet nur einen “frischen Service”, der hauptsächlich mit Umwandlung von Handtüchern verbunden ist. Für einen vollen Reinigungsservice müssen Sie ihn im Voraus zu keinem zusätzlichen Kosten durch die Rezeption beantragen. Trotzdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und das Hotel selbst komfortabel und gut gepflegt.

There was no bathroom privacy, the wall does not cover the top of the bathroom so if you need to diarrhea,every one heard it, bad lighting, and not so great people staying in this hotel. The pictures do not look like the actual room. I was in a 2bed queen. Very small. Bad plumbing, toilet ran and was loud. This picture is what I saw at the front desk when we walked in.
