New to VRBO in March 2025!We are pleased to offer this spacious and updated townhome with beautiful marina and bay views inside a gated community in Bethany Beach! We love hosting beach rentals and have hosted a property in Outer Banks for the last 6 years with over 130 reviews and 4.9 stars. We are excited to share this property now closer to our current home in MD!You will enter the home through the finished garage which is stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas so you don't need to worry about bringing those with you. There is also arcade style basketball and table tennis for entertainment.After coming in through the garage the first floor also includes a finished recreation room with an large couch and TV perfect for hanging out or movie night. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level. You can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway, parking is not available inside the garage. Going up to second level includes 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on this level with queen size beds, both of which feature their own balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin size bunk beds. The bunk room and the south queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, while the north queen bedroom has it's own ensuite with a large bathtub. The second and third levels feature new LVP flooring. Both queen bedrooms have TV's where you can stream your favorite shows.The top level has an open great room with dining table for 8, as well as 4 bar stools. This room features view of the marina and bay and has an additional deck with outdoor seating to soak in the sun. The kitchen is a fully stocked with a new electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, cups, dishes, etc. This floor also has an additional queen bedroom with attached bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway as well.The community is quiet and private with a limited number of homes inside a gated community. There is a community pool and tennis court available to all guests. One of the best features of the location is the convenient beach access at Delaware Seashore State Park which is roughly 0.75 miles away and accessed directly under the bridge without needing to cross Route 1, making it an easy walk, bike ride, or drive. The State Park has onsite bathrooms, restaurant and bar. Fees to park at the state park are $20 daily or an annual pass is available for $100 for out of state residents. If you walk in there is no fee. Up to 2 dogs welcome with pet fee. There is also a small pier off the lake for catch and release fishing. The amenities and activities at Sea Colony are endless and we would love for you to come check it out at our property. Also, all bedrooms, loft and family room have new Roku TVs and we have games, books, and puzzles for rainy days or those days you got too much sun. We have been vacationing as a family to Sea Colony for over 20 years and are so excited to be able to offer our townhome to you and your family to have the opportunity to make some of the same type of memories at Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. We offer Friday to Friday weeklong rentals or a partial week from Friday-Tuesday, or Tuesday-Friday. It's an easy walk, bike ride or you can take the Bethany open-air Trolley for just a quarter. A two minute walk will bring you to the pool, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball areas. There's a small play area for children with swings for both toddlers and big kids. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice maker and garbage disposal. There is a microwave oven, coffee machine. Dishes, table ware, glasses, pots and pans are at your disposal. There is also a washer/dryer in the house. The dining area seats 6. In the living room there is a 32" TV with Roku box to login and access all your favorite Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix shows and there is wifi available throughout the house. The large bedrooms are deliberately furnished in a non-dormitory manner to ensure a comfortable environment. All four bedrooms have either 1 queen or 1 king size bed. Sit out on the expansive rear deck and look out over the 12th fairway and enjoy views of a pond! A Weber gas grill is there for your outdoor cooking needs. The clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, and exercise room are only a short distance away. Rent a kayak in town and paddle around Salt Pond. If more activities are required, Rehoboth Beach (outlet shopping!) is just a short drive to the north along scenic Ocean Highway.
