The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Der Parkplatz ist groß, im Freien und kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Dekoration ist ziemlich alt. Der Service insgesamt ist gut. Es liegt am Rande der Stadt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es ist sicher.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff. I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

This is a nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. However there are some downsides we don’t like: the pool’s water is not that clean and the room service is not that good. When we enter the room on the first day, there was no bath towels at all, I went down to the front desk and asked for some. The second day, after we came back, it was already after 5pm, the room service hasn’t show up yet, I called the front desk and it took a while for them to show up to change my towels.

Der Einrichtungsstil des Hotels ist sehr gut und sehr aufmerksam, die Zimmeranlage ist auch relativ groß, d.h. ich weiß nicht wie ich die Zimmerkategorie bei der Buchung unterscheiden soll, die Zimmerkategorie fühlt sich im Nebengebäude an, sieht aus wie ein Motel aus dem Draußen ist das Fenster der Hotelparkplatz, dann ist draußen Highspeed, etwas laut, das Zimmer wird im Haupthaus besser sein

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind ein bisschen alt und sind im Grunde die Zuordnung zu einem alten US-Hotel. Im Wesentlichen nahe dem Ort des heißen Luftballons. Am nächsten Morgen kann man einen heißen Luftballon bequemer nehmen.

This quality Inn and suites was by far the nicest two star hotel I have ever stayed in! Everything worked… The staff is amazing… I loved it here and will stay here every time I come to Albuquerque!

Ich habe das Hotel zwei E-Amlls geschickt, um es zu informieren. Das Hotel muss drei Tage in der gleichen Zimmernummer geordnet werden, aber es hat mir nicht geantwortet. Am ersten Abend war ich reibungslos. Es ist auch sicher, dass die Mitarbeiter der Abwasserbehandlung 3 Nächte haben. Nach dem Eintritt ins Zimmer wurde auch festgestellt, dass das Doppelbett klein ist. Im Gegensatz zu den Fotos, wenn Sie bereit sind, zu waschen, fanden Sie, dass die Abwasserbehandlung nicht gut ist. Wie ein Abwasserbehandlungsschrank kann ich nicht abnehmen. Schließlich habe ich das Toilettenpapier aus der Abwasserbehandlung mit einem Schrank und einigen Haaren herausgenommen. Ich glaube, die Hotelreinigungskräfte haben das Problem nicht gefunden. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir raus. Die Hausbediensteten dachten, wir lebten nur einen Tag. Wir kamen ins Zimmer bis zum Abend. Unsere Gepäck waren alle weg. Mein Herr ging zum Tisch und fragte, ob es gut war, dass es nicht verschwunden ist. Ich denke, das Hotel hat nicht erneut bestätigt, dass der Preis der Wohnungen im Verhältnis zum New Mexico City-Wärmeball Festival insgesamt steigt und dass es keineswegs wert ist, das reale Zimmer zu kaufen. Es gibt auch keine Hotels, die einen Wärmeball Festival haben. Und ich habe Anfang Juli gebucht, Ich schwöre, dass ich e-amll nicht antworte, ich kann nur anrufen und fragen, es ist nicht geeignet, für Leute, die nicht Englisch sprechen, zu bestellen

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.
