It is in the middle of the complex on the 6th floor and has gorgeous unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico!! The unit has a maximum occupancy of 4 people. It is just a short walk from the condo to the beach (only 300yards :) ) however there are also a few parking spots down by the boardwalk that are first come first serve should you wish to drive your vehicle down vs walk. This unit has granite in the kitchen, tile floors throughout. There is free WIFI and cable. Some other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking. The Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks across the street.NO PETS ALLOWED & NO SMOKING ALLOWED - no exceptions.
