Equipped with HVAC air conditioning and heat, ample parking, a spacious covered porch, a soothing hot tub, a cozy fire pit, cornhole, and a foosball table, this getaway has it all.You'll have access to amenities golf, tennis, pickleball, a community pool, shuffleboard, a 45-acre lake with canoes, excellent fishing spots, and even a dog park!The king sized bedroom is located on the entry level living area along with a full bath. This level also includes a full kitchen and a Keurig with pour over coffee maker. A seating area off the kitchen along with a large dining table and gas fireplace. There is also spacious den that has a huge comfy couch, a 65 inch smart TV with cable and large windows with fabulous views. The queen bedroom is located on the lower level with a full bath. Plenty of seating along with a gas fireplace, TV with cable and believe it or not another fully stocked kitchen! Walk right out to the hot tub.
