Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Einfaches und reibungsloses Ein- und Auschecken. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und riesig. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist gut. Der Pool in der oberen Etage bietet Tag und Nacht Stadtblick Sie. Das Park-Einkaufszentrum befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Sie müssen nur die Ampel der T-Kreuzung überqueren. Viele Lebensmittel und ein riesiger Supermarkt im Park-Einkaufszentrum und nur 15 Fahrminuten vom SW-Einkaufszentrum entfernt.

Wir hatten einen späten und verspäteten Flug, aber dankbar war der Wagen (Free Airport Shuttle) für uns. Die Lobby war einfach & Eincheckung war einfach. Vor dem Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer, baten sie uns, die Ausstattung zu bekommen, die wir brauchen (Zahnkits, Rasenkits & Käfig). Wir haben im Twin C Zimmer verblieben, es hat einen großen Ref, Küchenschrank, TV, Mikrowelle, Esstisch & Stühle & 2 große Betten. Das Badezimmer war wie die in Japan, kompakt & klein. Es gab auch keine Kabinen. Die Betten waren bequem zu schlafen auf & die Ac funktionierte gut. Frühstück wurde in dem serviert, was wie ein Café, es sollte plattiert werden, es wurde serviert Buffet-Stil, Frühstücksmenü war einfach. Es ändert sich jeden Tag. Die Lage des Hotels ist superb und bequem, weil es mit dem J Centre Mall verbunden ist und es dort Apotheken, Banken, Komfortgeschäfte und einen Spa in der Nähe. Freut mich, dass unsere Massage dort. Das Hotel war auch neben dem Skywater-Themepark, aber leider war es unbegrenzt geschlossen. Checkout war auch einfach. Sie erlaubten uns, unsere Gepäckstücke zu verlassen, weil wir einen späten Flug haben, wir kamen gerade zurück. Wir konnten nicht von dem kostenlosen Shuttle zurück zum Flughafen profitieren, weil wir nicht einen Tag vor war (es ist nicht automatisch, auch wenn sie Ihre Fluginformationen haben), gut, dass wir Familienangehörige, um uns zum Flughafen bringen. Insgesamt war der Preis vernünftig und wir hatten hier einen schönen und komfortablen Aufenthalt.

Das mag daran liegen, dass hier die meisten Bewertungen quasi euphorisch sind. Aber fangen wir an: Wir hatten dieses Hotel gewählt weil wir eine Nacht in Cebu zum Heimflug überbrücken mussten. Was super geklappt hat war auch die prompte Rückfrage wegen des Shuttle Service, der für uns reserviert wurde (und auch dann da war als wir ihn brauchten) Was ungemütlich ist, ist das Frühstück und Lunch Restaurant. Keine Fenster, fiese Klima. Was uns irritiert hat, ein Viertel der Dinge auf der Karte waren nicht zu haben. Was wir zum Lunch bestellt haben, entsprach bei mir nicht der Beschreibung und war bei meinem Partner leider kalt und geschmacklich schlecht. Danach wollten wir an den Pool. Der war jedoch trübe, es roch komisch auf dem Rooftop und es gab keinen Sonnenschutz (ein tapfere Mann lag da mit Regenschirm) Abendessen war oben im Restaurant auf dem Rooftop. Das ist schön. Essen gabs wieder nicht alles aber dieses Mal war es okay. Würden wir wiederkommen? Nur wenn die Renovierung auf dem Dach abgeschlossen ist. Den Tag im Zimmer rumzuhängen fand ich semi optimal.

Being my first visit to Philippines I was not sure about the food especially vegetarian food, but at the time of check in itself, reception staff was so courteous that I felt so comfortable, plus Manager of the property came to meet me personally and as per my request guided the chef to prepare vegetarian foods such as Falafel, tofu, baked vegei salads. Staff was so helpful. Multiple variety of breakfast. Very good swimming pool. Further a library near the reception area to provide a environment of knowledge. Ultimately I rate this stay excellent.

Room is good for the price we got. Like a small apartment with a private shower. But it was a bit dirty, some hairs on the floors, towels are not clean enough. Location is perfect, quite. Many shops, bars, cafes are around by 10 mins walking.

My son love the place because of the pool access. Our room has easy access to the pool so he can swim anytime he wants and for us parents can just watch over him easily because the pool is just in front of our room.

Im quite disappointed with this hotel, even thinking on how did they cater last year's Binibinis here. Staffs are quite busy and won't cater to your needs eventhough it looks like we are less than 30 staying at this hotel the time I went here. Rooms arent clean i got rashes when i lay down the bed, I have to literally shake off the blanket and dust flew all over my nose. I was so thirsty upon my arrival and there were no free bottled water you have to go down and ask the receptionist for water and they will hand you a pitcher so you can bring it in your room. I poured the water onto their glass in my room and tasted dust immediately, thought it was clean and haven't rinsed it beforehand. Curtains were full of dust too. They serve breakfast for Php200, the next day i didn't order the breakfast and decided to eat outside I only ordered for a coffee and they handed me a Nescafé 3in1 sachet and charged me for Php50! Wow, So overpriced! funny is that you paid for Php50 but you heat your own water as they provide electric kettle in the lobby and mix that by yourself. Amazing isn't it. Only pros is that it is near 7 11 and Jollibee and has a spacious parking space. Aside from that will not recommend this to anyone. Hotel looks old and creepy.

The Chinese managers and their female compatriot at the restaurant cash desk were extremely hospitable and helpful. There is a room for improvement for the local staff though. All in all we loved our stay there snd we’ll be back for sure
