Our open air apartment in the small village of Troncones, Mexico offers access to a large salt water pool, daily maid service (except Sun.), the beach, yoga retreat next door and many great, small family restaurants close by. The Villas are well equipped with full kitchen, stainless appliances, all linens, kitchen/dining utensils, ceiling fans and ac in the bedrooms.There is a massive salt water infinity pool with lounge chairs for the sun and shade too. It's a zero entry pool so it's safe for toddlers and children. The pool looks out over the beach at the ocean. It has the standard infinity depth of a chest deep pool and a large deeper section of 8' for safe diving.Our luxurious beachfront villa in the heart of Troncones Mexico offer your group a blend of Mexican culture, yoga, surfing and many more family friendly activities.Troncones has a few small tienda's (shops), beachfront restaurants, small hotels, B&B's, and a variety of retreats from surfing to yoga. Troncones surfing is considered some of the best in Mexico in and around Troncones. There are incredible beach breaks on the 5 km of beach in Troncones, a fantastic left point at Manzanillo Bay 3 km north of the town center. Saladita (10 km north) and The Ranch (20 km north) make Troncones a year round surfing destination. The coast is also known for some of the best Mexican sport fishing in Mexico with world class Marlin and Sailfish.Troncones beach also enjoys hillsides stretching down to the ocean and large scenic mountain ranges in the distance making for an aesthetic landscape.An on site cinema will be great fun for kids and families. Movies, games and sporting events will be enjoyed by all.We have security and manager that can also help in booking trips, surf lessons, horse back rides, kayaking, eco tours, massages and a long list of other fun stuff.The Villa will also have a large yoga platform on the beach that has shade and privacy. During the high season (December to May) Yoga classes will be offered. There may also be meditation, Nia, and other classes offered at any certain time.You can cook your own meals, have your meals prepared for you and/or enjoy the many great restaurants within walking distance. Catered meals can be available, especially in the high season. Romantic dinners on the beach, family picnics, or just preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner can be arranged.The location is ideal. It's a short walk to the center of Troncones. The beach road is being paved at The Villas so no more dust. The beach is great for swimming, surfing, fishing and simply sun bathing.There's plenty of off street parking as we own the lot across the street and there's a beautiful rock outcropping overlooking The Villa.Daily housecleaning (except Sunday) is included. Personal laundry can be done at additional charge.The Villa is a family friendly venue and at many times there will be kids around.
