Hotels mit Pools in Batam Kota

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good and location is superb, next to Batam Ferry Centre. Most importantly, service staff are friendly and smiley. Staff Asri stood out on my 1st day of checking into the hotel. Her service is excellent and her willingness to accommodate my request of having a room on high floor. Overall experience is favourable and will definitely come back again in my next Batam trip. Keep up the good work, team of Harris Batam Centre Hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay and this is the second time we are going to this. Awesome service. They provide shuttle services to the malls and back which is great. Eska Massage is also in this hotel.  The only 2 comments I have on this trip was that the aircon was leaking. It was leaking even after we got someone to look at it. The other comment is the design of the shower area where the water traps at the back when you’re showering thus creating a puddle. As long as the water is running, it goes to the back first. The room we stayed was in 820. Otherwise, everything else was great. Super friendly and amazing staff.

Smooth check-in. Location is near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Room & toilet are spacious. I love their breakfast. There are various food & drinks.

Ein neues Hotel … Lage in der Nähe der Mega Mall und des Batam Centre Seaport … ABER … wenn man zu Fuß zu diesen Orten geht, ist es nicht sicher … das Hotel bietet keinen kostenlosen Transport dorthin an, aber es gibt kostenpflichtigen Transport … Aber Sie können GRAB-Dienste anrufen, wenn Sie Transport brauchen … Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, aber das Hotel stellt einen Schlüssel zur Verfügung, also wird das Zimmer heiß und stickig sein, wenn Sie es verlassen … Es dauert über eine Stunde, um das Zimmer abzukühlen … Die Toilette war geräumig … Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich … das Essen wurde nicht schnell genug aufgefüllt … ich denke, das ist ein Managementproblem, weil nicht genügend Personal vorhanden ist, um die Nachfrage zu decken … beim Umgang mit dem Essen keine Handschuhe, also direkte Hände ans Essen … Also entscheiden Sie selbst, ob Sie bleiben …

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

Service was impeccable! The staff is approachable and they are all very nice. The room was big as well! And they have these sockets for all types of adaptors which is a great help for all tourists! The only problem was my room got lots of mosquitoes and the bed also got bed bugs. I hope the management will take action with this cause the staff are already doing a great job!

Kleine Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern, es ist ein günstiger Ort zu bleiben.. Check-in bei 23:15 und Check-out bei 9:00 eine kurze Zeit für den Übergang. schöner Blick und gute Lage. Kleines Schwimmbad

Ich weiß nicht einmal, wie man ... insgesamt beginnt, das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich. Wir wussten, dass das Hotel alt war, so dass wir das Schlimmste erwarteten, aber stattdessen ein neu renoviertes Zimmer und das war schön. Aber die Renovierung fühlte sich unvollständig mit einer Reihe von Fragen / schlecht gemacht, und merkwürdige Dinge wie eine sehr rustige Dusche Seife Rack (weil es eindeutig neu renoviert ist, warum ist es rustig???). Die Ausstattung ist weise, es gibt einen Haartrockner, 2 Flaschen und komplimentäre Kaffee- und Teepakete. Nichts in der Minibar. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber der Safe wurde abgerissen und zu klein (wenn kann man das iPad-Niveau nicht halten). Es gibt nur eine Türverriegelung und keine zusätzliche Ketteverriegelung an der Tür. Ich meine, ich fühlte mich nicht unsicher, aber gleichzeitig wusste ich, es war nicht wirklich sicher. Das Wasser wurde für etwa 3 Minuten in der ersten Nacht etwas braun (wir vermuten Rust?) aber erschien nicht mehr nach. Drainage war ok, kann aber verbessert werden. Handtücher waren gefärbt und Bettwäsche nicht gefärbt. Es ist neben einer Schule, also warten Sie auf etwas Lärm, wenn Sie am Morgen auf Wochentagen bleiben. Es gab auch einen Luftfrischmacher im Zimmer, der jede Stunde (buchstäblich jede Stunde über die Nacht) ausging, aber ich bin ziemlich 100% sicher, dass es nichts in der Luftfrischmacher gab. Der seltsame Teil war außerhalb des Hotels - nicht das Hotel-Eigentum selbst, sondern die Straße, die es führte. Es schien völlig verlassen und könnte jederzeit zusammenbrechen. Insgesamt - würde nicht wieder bleiben, aber wenn keine andere Wahl, kann es tun. Bezahlt ca. 160 $ für 3 Nächte.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.
