Hotels mit Pools in Shijiazhuang

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, der Verkehr bequem, der Parkplatz ist ausreichend, nach Hebei-Booth und vielen Restaurants ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß, die Blicke auf die Höhe sind offen, die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel, der Fitnesspool, das Restaurant und andere Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Frucht und Kinderwäsche sind sehr intim. Aber die Hotelmöbeleinrichtungen sind etwas alt, vielleicht ist der Arbeitsdruck zu hoch und die Rezeption ist nur selten an den Gesichtern.

Dieses Hotel ist das schönste in Shijiazhuang. Die Landschaft ist schön und das Innenraum ist sehr ästhetisch. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit hohen Decken und es ist extrem schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir genossen das Bad. Es gibt auch einen großen Balkon, aber weil es Winterzeit war, konnten wir es nicht genießen. Das Fitnesscenter ist für ein Hotel großartig und nicht sehr sauber. Es verfügt über alle notwendigen Ausrüstungen für eine große Trainingsphase. Das Hotel hat das westliche und chinesische Frühstück als Ausländer angekündigt, aber die westliche Auswahl ist im Grunde nur Bacon und einige verschiedene Arten von Brot (croissant, dänisch usw.). Das Frühstück war auch für die 5 Tage, die wir es hatten, extrem kalt. Auch gab es nur 1 Restaurant (a la carte) offen während unseres Aufenthalts, so dass wir unser Mittagessen und Abendessen außerhalb des Hotels zu finden. Dies war extrem schwierig, da es in diesem Bereich nicht viele Mahlzeiten gibt. Das war das einzige, was wir nicht mögen.

Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

Ich möchte mit der Begrüßung in diesem Hotel beginnen. Beim Einchecken wurde ich von KARA begrüßt, der beste Empfang, den ich je in China erhalten habe, eine sehr freundliche und professionelle Person mit hervorragenden Englischkenntnissen, die wirklich jeden meiner Wünsche erfüllt hat Ruhe, wirklich wunderbares Hotel, majestätisch in seiner äußeren Struktur, prächtig und elegant in seiner Einrichtung, mein Zimmer im 21. Stock, spektakulär mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Geräumiges, elegantes und raffiniertes Zimmer und alles makellos. Ich bestellte ein Abendessen auf dem Zimmer und in wenigen Minuten bekam ich alles, sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Zum ersten Mal in Shijiazhuang! Ich habe nicht gezögert, dieses Hotel in Yunzhen zu wählen, und das Ergebnis hat mich nicht enttäuscht! Die Lage und der Service des Hotels sind sehr gut! Meine Tochter hat aufgrund ihrer Frechheit versehentlich die Gegenstände des Hotels beschädigt. Das Hotel bestrafte sie nicht nur nicht, sondern begrüßte meine Tochter auch mit einem kleinen Geschenk und überreichte ihr ein kleines Geschenk. Das hat uns zutiefst berührt! Am meisten beeindruckt mich das kleine Mädchen an der Rezeption. Sie checkt in Xiaoguo ein und checkt bei Qianqian aus. Der Service ist sehr gut. Xiaoxu hat mir mit meinem Gepäck geholfen und sogar ein Taxi gebucht! Aufgrund der hohen Qualität der Kellner hier und der erstklassigen Qualität des Hotels müssen wir uns oft um uns kümmern!

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

The hotel staff was friendly and gracious although we had a slight delay in getting our room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Heute ist ein kleiner Regen untergefahren. Das Wetter ist noch etwas heiß, wir leben im West-Mei Hotel. Das Hotel ist dekoriert. Elegant, wunderschön und hochwertig, wir haben den Elefanten runtergelassen. Ich ging zum Stock und sah die Gästezimmer sehr enthusiastisch. Mit dem Korb habe ich uns frische Früchte 🥭 gegeben, das Wetter war so heiß und es hat uns wieder angekommen. Ein paar Schüssel Wasser sah, wie wir mit unseren Kindern und unseren Kindern die Kinder zugekommen haben, war sehr sorgfältig. Es ist sehr wichtig, uns als Familien zu kümmern, damit wir uns sehr warm und warm in unseren Herzen halten. Wir werden die Goldene Sonne loben.

The team of the hotel always help us with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and even asking for DIDI taxis for us. Especially with the difficulties of the language.
