We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them.

Mein Zimmer #13015 war in 390 im Wohngebiet der Insel China Ocean Flower 3 Haodao. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einschließlich des Badezimmers und aller erforderlichen Produkte und Zubehör. Der Service war freundlich und schnell auf das kleine Problem reagiert. Ich genossen meine Aufenthalte dort und ich empfehle den Ort sehr.

Better than a 5 stars hotel. It's the best place to stay in Hainan. I received a free room upgrade and the host was very friendly and helpfull, The host is an outstanding manager. Near the beach, restaurantes and coffee shops. I will stay here again for sure.

升級了房間，挺大的。環境也不錯，可以看到海。樓盤很大，晚回去停車走遠點。洗澡水壓力太小了。燒開水壺是壞的後來換了。實事求是的説吧。

When we arrived by taxi, the driver has difficulty locating the building. The meeting place is an agent's office. The property is a condo located at the far end of the estate. The apartment is clean but with limited amenities. Although there is a kitchenet, but no cooking ware and utenciles are provided.

Das heiße Wasser im Zimmer ist manchmal sehr langsam, es kann vor dem Bad vorgezogen werden. Ich habe viele Male im vierten Stock gelebt und vorher in anderen Stockwerken gelebt. Beinahe jedes Mal, wenn ich weiße Pferde bekomme, wohnt ich in diesem Hotel.

太意外，太開心了，大複試房，有一個大卧室，一張超大床，有獨立的廁所，廚房。客廳非常大有沙發還有一中床，面積很大喲，可以睡2家人，乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，周圍環境也不錯，外面有賣吃的東西，小區內環境優美，還有小童樂園

Der Service an der Rezeption des B&B ist sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr hoch, die Check-in-Geschwindigkeit ist sehr schnell, das Grün rund um das Hotel ist sehr hoch, die Luft ist sehr frisch, das Zimmer ist groß und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel.

Das Zimmer war toll, die Aussicht wunderschön und es war sauber. Man erreicht das Blumenzentrum in 35 Minuten zu Fuß, und in der Nähe gibt es eine Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Imbissständen. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Der Preis ist schön, Hainan hat dieses Ortshotel hoch und niedrig, alle sind gut. Das Hotel ist zu viel und zu viel, es ist gut, der Preis ist sehr hoch, die Wirtschaft ist praktisch, die fünf Sternen sind auch sehr gut, der Preis ist auch gut
