Sleep Inn & Suites

Room smelled a bit musty and could use a bit of updating but otherwise it was fine for our one night stay.

The room and facilities were clean. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. It took a bit to get the air conditioning system working, but we were able to figure it out. We called the front desk, and the individual working said that she would be right up to look at it. She never came, but we were able to figure it out. When I went to the front desk to let her know that the air conditioner seemed to be working now, she said she was taking out the trash when I called and forgot to come up to our room (??). Everything else about our stay was good.

The staff was very helpful & friendly, rooms clean, breakfast was excellent. The surrounding parking lots need repaired. Our room was very warm-it didn’t seem like the air conditioning was working.

This is a really nice hotel…especially for the price. Staff were friendly across the board. The property feels pretty new and is clean and well maintained.

If I could rate it higher I would. Taryn at the front went so above & beyond I almost wanted to cry. It’s a Sunday & I had some confusion with the adjustment on my booking. She completely went the extra mile to help me when it was really something out of her hands and to be honest, didn’t have to do at all. Mind you it was late evening on a holiday weekend. Taryn reached out to the general manager Andy. they worked together over the phone to get my booking corrected and got me in a room in no time. Thank you both a thousand times over. The hotel was soooo clean. From the lobby, the pool, to the room. Even the elevator smelled nice. The dinning area is up to date. The breakfast is delicious as well. The fruit wasn’t old & the cereal wasn’t stale. Ima waffle girl & had fun making them (thought I was a chef lol). The rooms were very clean. I alway wipe rooms down whenever I arrive to a hotel & the disinfectant wipe was not dusty or filthy at all. Under the toilet seat was clean with no wet spots. The towels & the end of the toilet paper all were folded so cute & symmetrical. Loved it. I’m so glad I got to stay here. I had a great experience and they helped make my trip go a little smoother. It’s definitely a nice family (pet free) hotel with plenty of near by food places & a target. I hope this revie

I guess it wasn’t the dirtiest but still not sparkling clean. There was a metal pin on the room floor. The air in the room was stale and dank. And the pool was not clean. Also there were stains on the white linens. The hotels that prosper are the ones that go above average to make a great impression.

I liked the close proximity to food and shopping areas. I didnt like all the excessive noise coming from kids in the evening and early morning hours. I understand there was some sort of sports occasion or something but still. Feel like people needed to be more considerate of where they were at while having that many kids and properly deal with that.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff was very pleasant which made the stay that much better.

Stay was okay, breakfast made us all sick. Had a problem with the blow dryer almost causing a fire and terribly loud people staying above us. Day manager was terrible.
