Wir haben in der Hansa für eine Behandlung für eine Woche mit sehr guter Rate über trip.com gebucht. Wir sind auf einer langen Fahrrad-Überlandfahrt und ich hatte einen Anker auf einer Sandstraße gesprüht, so wollte eine Basis nur während sie heilen, bevor ich wieder auf meinem Fahrrad. Dieses Hotel ist so wunderschön ...we fühlten sich wie Familienmitglieder, alle Mitarbeiter sind so nett, freundlich und super hilfreich. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtungen waren perfekt und das Hotel ist sehr zentral in swakopmund so dass ich für meine tägliche Übung und zum Strand oder den Geschäften gehung. Wir würden hier wieder in einem Herzschlag bleiben! Sehr viel 10 von 10 Erfahrungen.

Das The Delight Swakopmund ist wie ein modernes Hotel an der deutschen Nord- und Ostsee aufgemacht und ausgestattet. Maritime, aber auch namibianische Accessoires angenehm und stillvoll gemischt. Sehr nettes, kompetentes englischsprachiges Personal an/in Rezeption, Restaurant/Bar und Housekeeping. Nettes Detail war das abendliche Verteilen von Wärmflaschen vor einer kühleren Nacht. Frühstücksbuffet und Bar waren gut sortiert .Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte und war sauber. Alles in Allem jederzeit wieder und auch weiterzuempfehlen.

We spent 2 nights in Swakopmund & chose to stay at the this hotel because we felt it offered a good balance of price, location & quality. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and felt the hotel met all of these expectations. The rooms are clean, modern, light & airy and the bed one of the most comfortable we slept in during our trip. The bathroom is open to the rest of the room which didn't bother us being a married couple, but for people sharing a room as friends, it is just something to bear in mind. Swakopmund was surprisingly chilly during August being winter especially at night (it reminds us of a British summer lol!), so we were pleased to find that the AC can be used to heat the room as well, which came in handy in the evenings & early mornings. In terms of location, the hotel is great as there is parking outside with security to keep an eye on your car, the lighthouse & museum across the road and you are just a couple of mins walk in the other direction to the shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a great bar next door, one side of the hotel and a lovely Italian restaurant / pizzeria on the other side, so it was a good spot for dining too! The included breakfast was also great with a selection of toasts, fruits, cakes, juices etc as well as the option for cooked eggs, full English etc. The staff were all lovely & very helpful and we would gladly stay again & recommend the place to others!

We had a family room. It was an internal room so the light was not great, but the rooms themselves were excellent as was breakfast. Staff all very helpful and friendly. They provided advice on what to do and where to eat, all of which was spot on. They even made bookings for us! We stayed for 3 nights but we felt we left as friends. Would certainly recommend. Also a super view from the roof!
