The guesthouse very comfortable and ambience during sunrise and dawn. And easily reach to popular spot in suzhou. Very convenient to walk around nearby. Furthermore, the places spacious and affordable. ❤️🎉

The guesthouse is placed in the middle of Suzhou ancient city, in a picturesque and silent street. The house is very beautiful, the furniture are elegant, there is also a smart toilet and disposable items. Unfortunately there were not bath towels but paper ones. There was no front desk at all, even if specified in the property description. We arrived at 13 (frontdesk time 8-19) but nobody was there and we didn't receive anything on the trip.com chat. When we called the property, they answered us only in Chinese and then sent us a weChat Qr code. They wrote us only in Chinese even if we were texting them in English. Fortunately weChat has a translation service, otherwise it would have been impossible for us to understand what to do. They gave then information about how to reach the property (even if we were already there) and gave us an access code that we were not able to use, since we didn't know the most important thing: the room number. Furthermore the access code changed anytime we go out (they said it's a problem related to non-chinese people) and was quite annoying to write them all the time on we chat. The room is very good though!

Just next to the most amazing area of Suzhou. Super suggested, nice room and good service. The only thing is that the location adress is not precise and for us was difficult to find the place.

The villa and the room (mine was the tatami room) were amazing; chic, modern, cool design, newly built i guess cause everything looks brand new to me. My room is spacious, I even have my own private small back yard for drinking tea and reading book under the banana tree. The location is right in the middle of pingjiang road which is the hot spot of tourist, shopping, pedestrian, bridges, canals, and lots of dressing up/ photo taking. Best way to get here is from the North Gate of pingjiang road, then walk to the villa through the cobbled Street about 5-10 minutes depending how many luggage you carry with you. the owner/ staff are so accommodating and caring, they are kind people and you can rely on their services and support.

Впечатляющий большой номер с огромной кроватью и окнами на обе стороны здания. Есть балкон. Находится прямо на главной пешеходной улице, но в глубине района, поэтому в номере было тихо. Было сложно найти место, но я связался с персоналом по WeChat и мне тут же помогли: отправили видео, код и оставались на связи, пока я не зашёл в комнату. Ресепшена здесь нет, место очень приватное. Я бы с удовольствием остановился ещё раз. Только одноразовые полотенца мне не очень понравились. Но я останавливался всего на одну ночь, поэтому ничего страшного.
