This hotel exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, with both the metro and train station just a stone's throw away, making travel incredibly convenient. The on-site gym was a great bonus and well-maintained. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the delicious tea provided in the room—it was a lovely touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hotel’s location is convenient if you are taking HSR but a little dated . There’s also not much food options around the hotel. In room laundry is useful but room layout is not practical with the TV out of the bedroom.

Within walking distance of the train station. Room was clean and comfortable. There’s a convenience stall downstairs and food options as well. The front desk is also friendly and helpful.

Great location across the road from Suzhou station; convenient for those coming in by train. Hotel reception is at level 6 (not to be mistaken with the other hotel). Nice and spacious room too; will choose this hotel again

Service staff was attentive to our requirement knew what we wanted. The room size was great with built in washer and dryer. The entire experience was unforgettable and worth talking about. The location was fantastic with teh railway station and metro across the road from the hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Everything is perfect except taking some while to take the lift. Lift is quite busy.

Good location, close to the railway station (north). There are several hotels in the same building. Hotel lobby is in the 6. floor. Room s spaces and convenient.

Very decent hotel which is 5 mins walk from Suzhou Train station. Good service from staff and breakfast was quite nice too.

The room was so bigger than I was expected. It's easy to go to railway and metro. The railway and metro is in front of this hotel .

The service of the receptionist are top class. Very warm and enthusiastic receptionist. The receptionist will immediately serve warm drinking bottle to the guest as NOVEMBER is a cold month. however the building is a bit old and rundown and water heater is not hot enough. There are many damage on the walls and in the toilet glass door. All DIDI drivers were unable to stop us in front of the hotel and i guess its the location which does not allow car to stop. Will still recommend for stay

Receptionist kind enough to activate my phone wifi through her local phone, I don't have local phone number. Room was nice, good outside view with room at 27 floor. Good breakfast and Suzhou high speed train station nearby.

Love the hotel services! They extended the hotel timing for us and even guided us on where to visit. Very convenient place as it is very very near to the railway station and metro station. Convenient for shopping!

This room was absolutely huge!!! It was like a one bedroom apartment! It was so nice to be able to wash my laundry and have a place to make some food in my room. I didn’t want to leave it was so nice! Absolutely loved my stay here. When I come back to Suzhou I will definitely book here again. The Suzhou railways is just steps away! So convenient!
