Ich habe die hervorragende Lage und die Bequemlichkeit, die es bietet, sehr geschätzt, fand jedoch, dass das Hotel selbst renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Einrichtungen wirkten etwas veraltet, was meinen allgemeinen Komfort während des Aufenthalts beeinträchtigte.
Außerdem war ich von der Frühstücksauswahl enttäuscht. Leider entsprachen sie meinen Erwartungen in Bezug auf Vielfalt und Qualität nicht.
Ich glaube, dass die Behebung dieser Punkte das Erlebnis für zukünftige Gäste erheblich verbessern könnte.

Room is near location (walking distance) of Dec 31 or NYE event in Suzhou. Breakfast is okay as well. Staff speaks very good English.

Locations was convinient , 15 mins walk to the downtown. It's clean but if I compare with their hotel Citadines in Shanghai this one is a little bit older so I will rate with 3.5/4 stars only. Breakfast was nice tho , we had a chance to eat until 10:30am which was amazing since we wanted to sleep a little bit longer.

This was my go to hotel in Suzhou for location and price. The room facilities are excellent - with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are not modern but have a dated charm - there is also a window in the bathroom and a bathtub for those that like a soak.
The breakfast is above average.
My one complaint AND IT'S A BIG ONE! In the executive studios the bathroom doors have been wedged open - this is clearly a privacy issue but also the kitchen is next to the bathroom. No-one wants to stare at a toilet while they are cooking lunch. What were the management thinking - ruining a perfectly good room! A couple of stars knocked off until that issue is sorted!

Spacious rooms and has a washing corner and limited Gym.

The place is clean, it is in a community area but not so crowded. There a lot of Japanese restaurant nearby.

The place provides the bare minimum service. The rooms were not spacious; I mean, you cannot feel that the room is at the mentioned size. The bedroom was very small. The view was not that good. The gym is just 2 treadmills and some random dumbbells in a small room.
