"I booked in for one night (as I was moving back into my home the next day after a 3 year absence) and found this accommodation to be excellent. The service was genuine, warm and very friendly and consistent as I observed this with other guests who were checking in. Mark took the time to show each guest to their rooms and explained things well. The rooms were spotless and nicely appointed. As a resident of Noosa, for over 24 years, I have driven past this place so many times. It doesn't have a strong visible street presence, but the value for money is excellent when considering its location to Noosa Junction and Sunshine Beach. If I was visiting on holidays, I'd happily stay there and recommend it to my family and friends."

"Sehr gute Unterkunft wie immer, obwohl die Wohnzimmer-Möbel ein wenig Tlc benötigt. Auch der Teppich war bei der Einfahrt zum Hauptzimmer ziemlich gefärbt. Der Aufzug war während unseres Aufenthalts für Wartung ausgeschlossen. Nicht ein großes Problem an sich, aber wir hätten gern vor unserer Ankunft informiert werden sollen, damit wir die Falllast vor der Ankunft anstelle von 3 Treppenflügen mit sehr schweren Fällen bewältigen konnten. Nach der E-Mail-Adresse der Geschäftsleitung haben sie dann für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts einen Portier für die Penthouse-Bewohner (sofern erforderlich) gegeben. Unser 14. Besuch und wir genossen unsere Zeit dort - wie immer. Wir haben jedoch nicht mit einem der Gebäudemanager zu reden, anfang und Ende unseres Besuchs. Wir haben das neue (uns) unpersönliche externe Schlüsselsammlungssystem nicht besonders gefallen - vor allem, da es jemand im Büro war, als wir ankamen. Jetzt viel verbesserte Internet-Geschwindigkeit für alle wesentlichen Geschäftskomms."

"Wenn du nach Noosa Beach fährst, kann ich dieses Hostel wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt dort täglich verschiedene Aktivitäten wie Grillen und Nachos. Manchmal gibt es sogar morgens Pfannkuchen (mit hausgemachter Marmelade). Der Supermarkt ist etwas weiter entfernt, etwa 1,X km, aber gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die Betten haben Matratzen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

Added to this are the views from the apartments, the cleanliness of accommodation and the outstanding customer service offered by the management team. No wonder I come back year after year! Andari Holiday Apartments

"We booked two townhouses directly through the Andari website and received one confirmation email back in May with no more communication until two days before our stay in July. My mother in-law forgot she had booked and booked again but was refused a refund of the second booking. On arrival I had to follow up the agent to ask for the details to be allowed to enter the townhouse. The communication was terrible. A workman then proceeded to paint and repair the awning at the front entry of one of the townhouses and so we were stepping over drop sheets and through paint all week. The milk provided by the agent in the fridge was out of date. We mentioned all of this to the agent and there was no care taken to rectify the situation. I would not stay here again and if you choose to stay don't expect good customer service from the leasing agent."
