Selma Spa ★★★

"Selma Spa har ett fantastiskt läge och jättefina lokaler. Men hotellet lever inte upp till sin potential på personalsidan. Restaurangpersonalen kändes okunnig och ville bara få jobbet gjort så snabbt som möjligt. Slammer med porslin, inget intresse för gästerna utom vid betalning. Nere på spa samma sak.  Känns som stordrift i spa-branschen utan omtanke. För många unga sommarjobbare?"

Hotell Frykenstrand, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western ★★★

First Camp Sunne - Fryksdalen ★★★

"The hotel is on a lake with beautiful scenery. More like a homestay, there is basically no service, the bedding needs to be paid extra, you must contact the hotel in advance to prepare, otherwise you will not be able to use it if you arrive late. Late arrival time, you need to pick up the key in the key box at the entrance of the service center."

Broby Gästgivaregård ★★★

"Five months ago, we booked to stay on our way home to Särö from Åre. At 14.30, 30 minutes before our check in opened, we received a phone call that there’ll be a big party with DJ tonight so our sleep will be disturbed. No apology, just an offer of free cancellation. Being the Saturday of week 7 all hotels are fully booked in the region. When I asked why they didn’t give us more notice, I got the answer that they didn’t know how old our children are. I suggested we all need to sleep and that this was the entire purpose of the stay. Still no apology and simply reiterated that’s why they offer the refund. I’ve never before experienced such unacceptable behaviour by a hotel."
