"Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊"

"It’s considered good for the price u paid. Do not expect a 5 stars quality when u paying for a 2 stars price. Overall the cleanliness is OK but don’t expect any supplementary like other Hotel, i.e. soap, toothbrush, water, etc…"

"Der Gesamtaufenthalt war wirklich wunderschön. Ein- und Auscheckenprozesse waren schnell und effizient. Einzahlung in bar und Rückkehr ohne Schwierigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, und sie kamen mit Frühstück für uns (neues großes Frühstück ausgebreitet!). Das Hotel ist auch in vielen schönen Restaurants (Hotmas, kedai makan pokok ceri, pisang goreng 303 usw.) geschlossen. Abschließend für den guten Wert des Geldes empfohlen."

"Die Zimmer und Einrichtungen waren gut, die Lage weise und die nächsten Orte wie Geschäfte oder Geschäfte sind nahe, aber da ich während der Feiertage verblieben, fühlte ich mich ein bisschen seltsam. Rezeptionist nicht am Desk meistens, und mit Schwierigkeiten, von Zimmern zu kontaktieren. Insgesamt, nur gut für einen Budget-Stadt.."

"Even though I booked early. The service is quite slow. It's easy to go to my room at 2rd floor because there's a elevator. The cleanliness of the room's interior is ok. I would give this hotel a rate of 7/10"
