Nice hotel for golf activity, breakfast was excellent. the cons only no toothbrush for toileteries and quite distance to city as it offered privacy. coffee machine in the room 😍.

It was once known as the SP INN a long time ago, and it was THE place to stay in Sungai Petani. Sadly a sad shadow of its bygone years. But. staff were good, room was large, bathroom ok, and aircon worked. So for the price we paid i would say its worth it. Everything is old, bathroom had somethings which look like it should be changed, but the location is very good, a quiet and peaceful location.

The hotel's location is the reason for choosing it. Had a dinner party to attend at Bali Hall as such decided to stay here which is only 5 minutes drive. Other than that, a decent stay for one night.

I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue SP and had a wonderful experience, even when faced with a minor issue. The water heater in my room wasn't functioning, but the staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to upgrade my room as a solution. The new room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making my stay yeven more enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. Thank you for turning a small inconvenience into a memorable experience! I look forward to staying here again.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu, die Möbel im Zimmer haben nichts zu tragen und zu weinen, aber der Wasserheizdruck ist nicht stark genug. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Essens von Jalan Dewa, aber zu nahe der Straße, haben viel Motorrad und LKW-Sound Mitternacht Schlafzeit.

this is my second time staying here , but unfortunately on my last day staying there is miserable because there is no water supply at all from night until morning . no action was taking from management. receptionist only can said no maintenance during night hour & no solution at all. that was my bad experience. overall room all are neat & clean.

Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

Pros - Räumliche Doppelzimmer, sehr sauber, starkes Wasser für Dusche, komfortables Bett, starke Klimaanlage, ruhige Umgebung Cons - Kein Aufzug für ältere Menschen, kein Telefon für Intercom zu Rezeption, kein Haartrockner, keine zusätzlichen Kissen im Zimmer (wie sehr flach), Curtains nicht vollständig abgedeckt (wie Morgenlicht störende Schlaf) Dies sind für alle Ihre Referenz. Ich bin nur ein einfaches mit nicht mehr den Großteil davon. So geräumig und sauber das Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett ist alles gut für mich.
