The Vacationers - Pvt Rooms with Shared Bath

There was no Bed sheet, Pillow, mirror , dustbeen and basic amenities in the room. there was only one shared toilet for so many occupants and this toilet was always occupied by someone. I tried to contact property manager but phone was never picked up and never answered. Mattress quality was so Poor that I could not sleep whole night.

Love the quietness of the hotel, also the self service option, but the management need to always follow up on constomers coming in to stay. Like sending a map location,from location close to the apartment.

Quiet street, nice friendly staff, very reasonable rates, clean, own cooking facilities so i didnt have to get take out every night...actually its quite hard to find fault 5*

Aldi close by, resturany and pub 2 minute walk away, busses very close by...ill come again 5*

No one was there to great people and the no one answered the ring door bell the mobile number dose not exist and you have to call the United States for the manager

Booked rooms here at last minute for family.Was pleasantly surprised …… rooms were lovely and beds were very comfortable,bedding very fresh.The full house was spotlessly clean….this is a massive compliment as cousin is a professional cleaner! Decor nice,everything you need really,definitely return.

When we arrived at the property the key was not in the key safe which was not the owners fault but after waiting 20 minutes in the rain and ringing the ring door bell and contacting the owner with no answer eventually one of the other guests opened the door, the kitchen and bathroom were both clean but our room was not the carpet had not been hoovered and there was clumps of hair on the sofa in the room. Would not stay again unfortunately. Also advertising slightly misleading as did not realise it was shared accommodation i.e kitchen and bathroom this was also commented on by another guest.

Great location for getting into Newcastle, clean & tidy. Perfect for what we needed.
