Gibt nur wenig Hotels in der Gegend 🤣
Es war sauber und neuwertig.
Warmwasser in der Dusche kommt erst nach 5min + 😭
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider sehr schwierig einen Motorroller zu mieten.
Jeden Sonntag morgen ist eine große Party auf der straße vor dem Hotel 🥳
Leider ist der Frühstücksraum sehr nah an den Zimmern und somit auch morgends schon sehr früh sehr laut 🤔

Untuk semuanya sudah sangat bagus yang saya kecewakan di bagian securitynya tidak ada ramah tamah tidak sesuai dengan akreditasi hotel tidak seperti hotel lain yang ada di kelasnya, dan saya kemarin kebetulan melakukan trip menggunakan motor pas saat parkir motor saya berada di depan motor lain saya ingin mengeluarkan motor saya harus memindahkan motor lain secara pribadi security yang melihat hanya menonton dengan muka yang tidak enak dipandang dan tidak membantu, tolong untuk pihak keamanannya di perbaiki lagi untuk selebihnya karyawan dan staf di dalam hotel sudah sangat baik kamar bagus dan bersih sarapan pun enak

This is a very solid hotel. Probably the only hotel of its type in the city. The rooms are clean and fairly well-maintained. There are some weird design choices, like a lightswitch placed between the matress and the headboard, but they don't get in the way too much. Staff are eager to please. Pickup and dropoff from the airport are free and if you need a lift to one of the ports (say for a trip to Moyo Island) the hotel car will provide a lift at a very low price. The breakfast (costs a bit extra) is fine and worth the money I think. There is an Alpha Mart just a five minute walk away, and everything else in the city is no more than 10 or 15 minutes away on foot. The location is at the end of a quiet street in very good condition. You might hear some noise from the lobby from early-evening Karaoke, but I think everyone clears out by 8 or 9 o'clock.

I stayed for 3 nights in this nice & new hotel with International standards. Shower has hot water! Very comfortable bed. Fast WiFi. Smart TV. Restaurant has a wide variety of food selections, Western & Indonesian, reasonably priced. All staff members are very friendly. Most of them speak English. I met most of the managers and supervisors, who happen to be very professional and friendly. To name a few who made my stay even better, Reception Staff Tasya and Vica. Restaurant Supervisor Syawal & waitstaff Justin. I highly recommend this lovely hotel in Sumbawa Besar!
