This is a very solid hotel. Probably the only hotel of its type in the city. The rooms are clean and fairly well-maintained. There are some weird design choices, like a lightswitch placed between the matress and the headboard, but they don't get in the way too much. Staff are eager to please. Pickup and dropoff from the airport are free and if you need a lift to one of the ports (say for a trip to Moyo Island) the hotel car will provide a lift at a very low price. The breakfast (costs a bit extra) is fine and worth the money I think. There is an Alpha Mart just a five minute walk away, and everything else in the city is no more than 10 or 15 minutes away on foot. The location is at the end of a quiet street in very good condition. You might hear some noise from the lobby from early-evening Karaoke, but I think everyone clears out by 8 or 9 o'clock.

Wir waren total begeistert! Das Camp liegt weit entfernt von sämtlichen touristischen Einrichtungen in Lombok und ist sehr abgeschieden. Wer hier übernachtet sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es hier keinerlei Läden, Restaurants etc. gibt. In der nächsten Bucht ist ein kleiner Ort (4 Hütten und ein Kanu-verleih) aber mehr nicht. Aber genau davon lebt diese Camp! Die Hütten sind ausreichend groß und sauber und verfügen alle über eine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das Bad ist mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken ausgestattet und lediglich durch ein Mückengitter nach außen abgetrennt und mit einer Tür zum Schlafraum. Der Schlafraum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, allerdings wird der Strom nur zu bestimmten Zeiten per Generator aktiviert (bei uns: die ganze Nacht und einzelne Stunden am Tag). Es war somit kühl im Zimmer und man konnte elektrische Geräte laden. Das Wlan funktioniert allerdings eher weniger.... Das Camp liegt an einem schönen Privatstrand. Wir waren im August im Beloam und zu dieser Zeit kann es sein, dass es ab Mittag stark windet und man kaum noch am Strand liegen kann. Dafür bietet das Camp verschiedene Ausflüge (Schnorcheln, Biken, Wandern etc) an. Wir mussten nur sagen was wir wollten und schon organisierte ein Angestellter alles Nötige: Angeln, Sunset am Strand, Wanderung auf die umliegenden Hügel; Bootsausflug etc. Teilweise sind diese Aktivitäten auch inklusive. Im Restaurant gibt es Frühstück, Lunch und Abendessen. Frühstück wird serviert und man kann Eierspeisen etc bestellen. Zum Lunch gibt es ein kleines Menue wobei man aus zwei Hauptgerichten wählen kann. Ebenso beim Abendessen. Das Essen ist lokal (indonesisch, viel Fisch) aber sehr gut und auch ausreichend. Lediglich die Weinkarte ist etwas spärlich, zumal viele Weine aus waren. Wer abseits von Trubel Urlaub machen will, auf etwas Komfort (evtl. nicht alle Teesorten da, Wein aus, Strom nur zu begrenzen Zeiten, begrenzte Speisekarte...) verzichten kann der findet hier ein kleines Paradies mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Angestellten. Auch die Schnorchelausflüge sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Danke an das gesamte Team!
