Firstly the location was good and the hotel was noticeable in the traffic, no dedicated parking for vehicle, so we had to find our spot. Coming to the room part it was clean, hygienic and with a good ambience. We had opted for breakfast with our stay. The photos attached by the property owner shows buffet but it is an open restaurant with servers. The hotel servers didn't oblige to our orders and kept simply ignoring as if he was paying for our meal. The breakfast part made our stay experience horrible and didn't want to recommend the place to our friends and family.

Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. I was there yesterday with my father on a work-related trip. We checked in and while going to the room I happened to see a waste plate right next to the lift, which was not taken away till I checked out today. In the room, the air-conditioner was a small tower a/c which has no cooling at all, even at 18 degrees. The power fluctuation was there the whole night and whenever it goes off had to switch on the mcb inside the room. ( the staff of the hotel showed it to us. )Could not get a proper sleep. Despite being the best hotel for food, with the reviews of film stars and politicians, we were served food that made my father sick and had to vomit a couple of times in the night as well as in the morning. The breakfast was sumptuous but puttu served was not freshly made. The housekeeping staff were all inside the guest rooms playing with their mobile and lying on the bed and chair, while I was going out. The bathrooms were clean and the linens were also clean. Despite seeing this I had to doubt the hotel's cleanliness. The food was not that great as per the reviews. My personal opinion would be average. The food was tasty enough to attract travelers as this hotel is beside NH. Don't know what they add to the food to attract tourists. I think they serve only good food to politicians and celebrities. You could only see their comments all over the restaurant.

The dormitory was good. It easily accommodates a group of up to 15 people. A hot water facility is available. No lift in the building, might be difficult for elders to climb second & third floor. Car parking on the road side no dedicated parking is available.

Ich reiste mit meinen Eltern für einen Tag nach Waianad und blieb in einem drei-Sharing-Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem sauberen WC. Wir hatten auch Abendessen im Ac-Sektion und erfreuliches Frühstück am nächsten Morgen. Das Essen war gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr herzlich, vor allem das am Vorderbüro und im Restaurant. Das Hotel liegt etwas von der Stadtzentrum entfernt, hat aber ein paar anständige Lebensmittelplätze umgeben. Ein km vom Busbahnhof und Autos sind auch leicht verfügbar. Gesamtwert für Geld und erschwingliches Aufenthalt mit guter Nahrung und extrem geräumig ist, wie ich le Saphire beschreiben würde. . Der Aufenthalt bei le Saphire war ziemlich gut. Ich habe einen Tag mit meinen Eltern verblieben und das Zimmer war mehr als geräumig für 3 mit sauberem Waschraum und dem Essen gut, vor allem das komplimentäre Frühstück. Das Restaurant hat einen lauschen Raum mit einem A/C-Sektion. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum mit wenigen guten Essplätze und dem Busbahnhof entfernt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Budgetreisende.
