"I booked this room for my husband. He stays in hotels 20+ days per month. He delivers furniture sold on Etsy, Chairish etc. This is the second time EVER he said he couldn't stay at a hotel. He couldn't even find it because there are no signs and it looks like an abandoned building. He isn't picky. This place is DISGUSTING. We should not be charged. My husband is sleeping in his truck... and it doesn't have a sleeper cab. It doesn't even have a backseat. Oh, and as of right now they are saying he checked in when he walked in and walked right back out. $100 for a hotel that was too dirty to sleep in. He couldn't even find it at first because it looks like an abandoned building."

Everything was extremely over priced it’s a decent place but over priced the breakfast buffet should be complimentary which is in a lot of hotels it was cold and just not worth the price. It was a one and done for me."

"Was für einen schönen Ort für eine Getaway. Unser Königsbalkonzimmer war sauber, gut konzipiert mit einem sehr sauberen neuen Badezimmer, und hatte einen schönen Blick auf den See. Das Zimmer war klein, aber perfekt für eine Nacht oder 2. Wir genossen uns in den vielen schön gestalteten gemeinsamen Zimmern im Kenoza Hall, zu Fuß um das Eigentum und gerade über die Straße und nach unten zum friedlichen See, und die vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Zider und Cookies bei der Eincheckung, Kaffee und Tee über den ganzen Tag und S’Mores Kits für den Abend-Feuer. Es ist offensichtlich, dass die Eigentümer sowie die schönen Leute, die an der Rezeption arbeiten versuchen, über alle kleinen Dinge zu denken, die einen Aufenthalt speziell machen."

"We stayed one night at Arnold House on 11/3/24. We couldn't check in when we arrived so we had lunch and charged the lunch to our room for $42. Upon checking out, we were told that we had a charge of $42.00 and the bill will be emailed to us. However, we never received the bill, instead we received a charge of $120. 54 on our credit card. I called the hotel, left a message, emailed, but no response. Very disappointing!!"

"My husband and I visited The Hemlock Neversink recently, and we absolutely loved everything about this amazing hidden gem resort! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and the spa was luxurious. Truly one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! Plus the spa amenities like the indoor pool and relaxation room were so nice. We had a great time. The rooms are charming and the restaurant, Bittersweet, was delicious. I would highly recommend a getaway to The Hemlock!!"
