Nice pool and right ok the beach Rooms were spacious with fridge , air and wifi Rooms a little tired but perfectly functional Food in restaurant tastes ok but was mostly cold for breakfast and even rice for dinner came cold Staff were all very pleasant

Tolles Resort, wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Ort, der etwas außerhalb der Stadt Ambon nicht so überfüllt ist. Natsepa ist der perfekte Ort für einen Ausflug, wunderschöne Lage, schönes Schwimmbad, äußerst freundliches Personal, gutes Essen und toll mit Kindern. Die Zimmer sind gut. Von hier aus können Sie Tagesausflüge rund um die Insel organisieren.

Was für eine üppige und malerische Lage! Wunderschöne Bäume, Blumen und Vögel. Das gesamte Personal, von der Gastgeberin Iren über das Restaurantpersonal bis hin zur Zimmerreinigung, war zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine zusätzliche Überraschung: Im Restaurant lauschten wir gerne den talentierten lokalen Musikern! Die indonesische Hühnersuppe war mein Lieblingsgericht im Restaurant. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Vielen Dank an alle für einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub!

Als Rucksacktouristen sind wir diesen überwältigenden Luxus nicht gewohnt. Wir wollten uns für eine Nacht etwas Gutes tun, und das war auch der Fall. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, genau wie alle Menschen, die wir auf Ambon getroffen haben. Verpassen Sie nicht das Frühstücksbuffet und den Rujak am Strand in der Nähe!

Wir hatten das kleine Pech, vom Flughafen von einem Fahrer eines örtlichen Transportmittels mit einem Auto ohne Klimaanlage abgeholt zu werden – ich rief im Natsepa an und Pak Jayadi schickte innerhalb weniger Minuten zwei Autos, um unsere überhitzten Gäste abzuholen. Ibu Alina gestaltete den Check-in so reibungslos wie möglich, Pak Devi kümmerte sich um alle unsere F&B-Anforderungen und Chefkoch Rusdi überprüfte ständig, ob mit unserem Strand-BBQ und unserem Frühstück alles in Ordnung war. Wir haben vollkommen verstanden, dass es in Ambon seit der Pandemie an Gästen mangelt, und wir würdigten alle Bemühungen des Personals, die Betreuung unserer Gäste zu gewährleisten. Herr Garcia, der Geschäftsführer war immer zur Stelle, um einzuchecken und sicherzustellen, dass es uns immer gut ging. Ich freue mich darauf, Sie alle wiederzusehen.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms with beach view at a very reasonable price. Value for money is incredible. Staff is well prepared and extremely friendly. Special thanks to Ryan from reception who organised an airport transfer for me in the middle of the night on very short notice.

We had good food and an amazing friendly and excellent service by Vivi! Chilling Indonesian music and nice breakfast with excellent cappuccino. The staff is very friendly and is taking care of the customers. When you are in-between two trips in Ambon, this a perfect place to stay.

This hotel is soooo nice for a quiet holiday. It has a private, quiet, calm beach that is very clean with very beautifull scenery. I can just sit in my balcony with a cup of coffee all day. Just 15 minutes walk and we will see a public beach where people sell rujak, fruit, durian etc. There are a few traditional Minimart also. The best part of this hotel is the people. They are very polite, kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The biggest problem is the taste of the food. The look is good but the chef really must learn again. What a waste that such a nice hotel has to serve such tasteless food. They serve Indonesian food with minimal spices. This is conference hotel and serve wedding and meeting. But the food taste is sorely lacking. The western food is tasteless. The Asian food is just terrible. The best food durung breakfast is omelette and coffee. Manager, just have your chef study again from a senior chef. I really want to hring my team but the food really bothers me The other problem is the band. Around 40-50% are senior from various countries,. The band should know the musics from the 80s. Instead they only play Indonesian songs from the 2000.

We used the Natsepa as our Ambon ‘base’ during a 2 week trip to Maluku. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, with more hits than misses. Good: - Spacious rooms - Great swimming pool, big and deep - Nice gardens and views from jetty - Very good food - Staff were nice and helpful - Car & driver for the day was excellent and good value - They arranged motorbike hire/delivery for us Not so good: - We had virtually no hot water during our first, 2 night, stay. A problem with the block we were staying in, apparently - The gym was poor. Not very much equipment and some of it broken - Wi-Fi a bit temperamental at times
