Auch das Personal war freundlich und höflich. Es war unpraktisch, dass es etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt war.

Für den Preis nicht passend... alte Ausstattung, Service nicht ok

Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich von einem Resort betrogen werde. Ich habe eine Reservierung vorgenommen, weil die Fotos und Bewertungen gut waren. Schon beim Einchecken fühlte es sich scheiße an. Wenn Sie die gekauften Getränke mitbringen, prüfen Sie, wie viele Dosen vorhanden sind. Sie können jede Dose bezahlen und mit nach Hause nehmen. Es gibt keinen Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Es ist ein Wasserpark-Resort, aber es gibt keinen Haartrockner. Egal wohin ich gehe, es ist das erste Mal, dass ich so etwas sehe. Und der Wasserpark ist nur ein Kinderspielplatz. Ich habe das Gefühl, als wäre ich gerade in einem zerstörten Resort gewesen. Ich habe für zwei Tage reserviert, bin aber nur einen Tag geblieben. Es ist nicht schallisoliert, es ist laut und das Frühstück ist Müll. Ich habe sofort ausgecheckt und bin weggelaufen. Es ist nur ein Resort, aber selbst 30.000 Won waren eine Verschwendung.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich gut und der Service ist gut, aber die Lage ist etwas unpraktisch, wenn man kein Auto hat, aber die allgemeine Einstellung und das Essen sind ziemlich gut verfügt auch über eigene Einrichtungen, sodass es in Ordnung ist, wenn Sie einfach nur entspannen möchten.

Es gibt keinen Strand.

Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people ! Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served….. Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Unit very small, have mosquito and cockroach, my friend's unit is split type aircon, my unit window type aircon so noisy. There is no kettle, have free bottle water .

Cleaning is not good, there is a lot of duirty on air-condition

The facilities are old and under construction. Pricing doesn’t match the quality at all.

The beach is beautiful and the staffs were all friendly, accommodating and friendly. I hope the management will add some condiments for complimentary in the room. It would be great if they would do that like any other resorts.

I love this place and my kids are really enjoyed it! Overnight is not enough. We should have explore more and stayed 2-3days. -Place is great -Food is great -We have a fantastic room -The bar is great -Pool is great as if we have our own mini pool. -There is a wave pool and my kids love it. -There is also a playground with pool for the kids like they can slide, swing, more fun activity. -We enjoyed the beach as well, same as the inflatable, jetski, kayak, banana boat -There is an acoustic bar at night, fire dance, parang nasa Bora ka na.

We enjoyed the place, though we did not used all the pool and slides. We spent more time on kiddie pool and wave pools.my 2 yr old son enjoyed it. It needs some repairs for safety, like the railing on one slide is alredy gone. Kiddie pool is right beside the rampage pool, not a good setup parent must watch their small kids closely make sure they dont cross. The beach is not suitable for swmming, there are some trashes, you wont notice it unless you swim, its best just for sports activities. As for the room, its good except for the plumbing which did not work on our last day and also the chairs are already defective, need replacement or repair. But we got the good view of the pool and the subic bay. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist.

What impressed us the most is their service. From welcoming us to waving our goodbyes, everyone is friendly and hospitable. The food at Sunset restaurant is reasonable and tasted great, considering they are sister companies with Wildflour. The amenities were a bit rough on the edge, but still enjoyable. The rooms were okay, but managed to give our furbaby a good night's sleep thanks to the bed they offered her (BTW, pets are 800 per night). Overall, our experience is beyond lovely.
