Front Desk Receptionist is not friendly and less knowledgeable in her job or she is just lazy to discuss the SOP. She didn’t explained to me about the breakfast meal stub or if I have a breakfast meal. She didn’t discussed the internet username and password as I need to call her from my room and asked her on this. The following day I had to asked the front desk if there is a breakfast meal stub for me. She collected 100 pesos for environmental fee however she didn’t give me any receipt. No one bothers to helped me in my luggage.
In the restaurant, the waitress didn’t even discussed if the coffee is also included in the breakfast meal. No tissue and they are just talking to each other but do not bother to serve properly their guests when we were only 3 guests.
Overall, POOR SERVICE
