Hotels in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya

The hotel location is very good. Easy access to many places. Just in front of Sunway Resort. Many eateries in the vicinity. Breakfast options are limited. But the food outlet that serves the breakfast in also a restaurant and you can find many other options there at a reasonable price. Overall good experience. I only wis they would include milk coffee and tea in the breakfast. It only had black coffee as the single option.

Rein, cool, intelligentes Hotel.. sehr zugänglich zu Sunway Lagune, Sunway Mall, Lebensmittelgeschäfte um, Klinik, Apotheke.. Dieses Hotel ist nett für Jugendliche, da sie PS5 und Arcade haben.. wir 3 Nächte geblieben.. hatte ein gutes Schlafen.. Sehr hilfreich, auch wenn alle über Kiosk und online gemacht ... Best fun hotel.. für einen intelligenten Aufenthalt.. :) Meine Jungs lieben das Hotel. Wir haben auch 3 kostenlose Frühstückskupons an der nächsten Tür Mamak Shop..

I had a very disappointing stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. The front desk check-in was extremely slow. Inside the room, I found a spider web in the bathroom — clear sign of poor cleaning. Even worse, at the 8th floor elevator area towards rooms 08140–08146, there was an actual mushroom growing out from the wall corner (see photo)! This shows serious humidity and maintenance problems. This is a hygiene and safety issue. I hope Trip.com can follow up with the hotel management and ensure proper corrective actions and a fair response to guests.

I stayed for 4 days initially, and the room was clean and did not need much maintenance. But no one came to clean the room or toilet during my stay . I was taking out the garbage and moping the wet bathroom Also the hotel offers only toels and there is a hanged near the shower soap/shampo which was un labled . No slippers , toothbrush, toothpaste, or any vanity sets were offered . The TV has only two channels and doesn't allow screen sharing with other devices to make a good use for it . There was an extra fee(taxis) which was not mentioned by trip.com and was asked as soon as I reached the hote I suggest that all the unavailable sevreses or any additional fees to be pre mentioned to guests . The staff are good and welcoming and very friendly and the location is perfect lightening is good and the room has a small window The entrance is a small coffee shop and the lobby chairs are comfortable The place is smell free, with no rotten smells, nor alcohol smell thanks to the hotel policy that forbids Alcohol in side the hotel . Had been there for so many times, as this is the most nearest Hotel to make it easy for me to travel to the work place while staying in Subang Jaya. Had been many times complaint about the Cleanliness, especially for Clean Towel provided and the Bed-Sheet prepared as the Old Stained still can clearly seen. Old equipment inside the room, especially the Shower Machine with too slow water flow, an Old Air-Cond Unit and a TV with no channel also being provide.

Booked for my parents as they are came to see my nephew events at sunway university. nice stay especially for those who come with family. 👍🏻

Great location (connected to Sunway mall) and walking distance to Sunway Lagoon park (see pic of room view). The mall is huge so do make an effort to remember the name of the hotel so that you don’t get lost trying to follow the directions from the park back through the mall to the right hotel.

Very clean. Sound proof is not adequate, you can hear people talking even from their rooms. Parking can be a problem.

Ich hatte einen sehr guten kurzen Aufenthalt hier. Das Bett war groß und das Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Die klimatisierte Unterkunft war stark und das Zimmer war gut für den Preis bezahlt. Sie können sich für einen früheren Eincheck entscheiden. Die Lounge-Area außerhalb war sehr gemütlich, mit Verkaufsmaschinen, refüllbares Wasser und Ladestationen, wenn Sie vor dem Verlassen des Bereichs kühlen wollen. Ich wurde von Kamil bei der Eincheckung serviert und sie war so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich konnte meine Taschen zuerst vor der Eincheckung aufbewahren, wie ich früher angekommen war. Es gibt einen QR-Code, den Sie durchsuchen können, um Informationen zu erhalten und mit jemandem zu sprechen, wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen. Ich habe von Hoikot bei der Abfrage gedient und er war sehr hilfreich bei meinen Fragen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Einlage nur über Bargeld ist, so vorbereiten Sie vorab. Empfiehlt jemand, der eine Alternative wünscht, wenn er auf der Sonneweg geht.
