"I booked 3 room x 2 nights for my brother’s birthday celebration and we had really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service is top notch! Moses have helped us with the luggage when we were arrived. Thiban at the receptionist desk who served us was friendly and tried his best to accommodate our request. The check in process was smooth and quick. We also received a delicious birthday cake which brightened up our stay. Kids were excited to play at the kids club and swimming pool. For adults, there’s gym and sauna facilities. Hotel is connected to shopping mall which is great for shopping and eateries. The room is spacious comes with big TV with screen sharing and a magnetic wireless charger, a big plus for those who want to watch the show on their own choice and people like me who forgot to bring phone charger. Breakfast has abundant food and variety of choices. Nasi lemak is the best. Just the hotel didn’t provide free parking, you need to pay MYR15 per day. Other than that we were satisfied with our stay. We would definitely come back again for staycation."

"Meine Reise war perfekt. Ja, es war ein bisschen teuer, weil Schulferien waren. Aber es war ein perfekter Urlaub zu Hause. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von meinem Zimmer aus hatte ich nicht nur Blick auf den Pool, sondern konnte auch die Twin Towers von weitem sehen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Der Buggy war stündlich verfügbar, um zur IOI City Mall zu fahren. Das Essen im Zimmer war köstlich. Wir bestellten Pizza, Sandwiches, Mac and Cheese und Nasi Goreng Kampung. Der Preis war wie erwartet. Aber die Dose Pepsi kostete 18 RM! Haha, das hat mich ein bisschen geschockt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut und lecker. Der Pool war riesig und hatte 2 Rutschen. Perfekt für die Kinder. Es gab auch viele Aktivitäten am Pool, wie Fischfüttern und Hoverboard-Unterricht. Ich habe es genossen!"

"Geno Hotel offers a fair price for what you get. The decoration and setup are quite basic, but comfortable enough for a short stay. At the moment, the property is undergoing renovations, so expect some areas to feel a little unfinished. The breakfast spread is acceptable with decent variety, though there’s room for improvement in both options and taste. Parking is available at a flat rate of RM8 (covered and uncovered), but do note there’s no direct lift from the parking area to the hotel lobby, you’ll need to walk from a different section. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for reasonable pricing and convenience, but don’t expect anything too fancy just yet."

"Wir gingen als Familie hier für Bukak puasa bleiben und diese Einheit war einfach perfekt. So schön und so sauber ❤️. Die Zimmer und die Wohnung waren auch geräumig. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt. Mein Sohn hat sogar mit dem „Pop Pop“ außerhalb des Kondos gespielt. Der Ein- und Auscheckprozess war auch ohne Probleme. Gewiss wiederholen."

"I am one person who always prefer hotels than AB&B. Hates crawlies or other insects. However, this is one exception. Clean and tidy. Many eateries around the condo. Furthers coffee shops are 7mins walk. Full range of hawker food. I would recommended if anyone is looking for AB&B, this is one place you won’t regret. It is value for money too."

"Alles ist gut! Es ist nur wenige Schritte von Sunmed und das Personal sind so hilfreich. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Bestes Arrangement, einige Nächte im Sanctuary zu bleiben, nach einer langweiligen Bunion-Operation auf beiden Füßen durchgeführt bei Sunmed. Es macht die erste Woche der Erholung tragbar.
