Ein sehr sauberes und komfortables Hampton Inn in Western Mass! Front Desk war nett und effizient. Einfach zu erreichen und rauszukommen. Große Lage in der Nähe der Stadt Sturbridge und Treehouse Brewery. Ich werde sicherlich wieder bleiben, wenn in der Gegend! Auch nur eine Minute von Avellino Italien, ein tolles Restaurant für das Abendessen!

Lovely and clean new hotel, great breakfast, my kids loved the pool. The bathroom was my favorite, great shower and there were actually towel bars and hooks (which is almost non-existent in hotels these days). The lady on staff (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was incredibly helpful and welcoming. My only quibble is there is only one elevator which is pretty slow.

We stopped here on a cross-country trip from upper Maine to Washington. The room was very noisy: we heard everyone above us and outside our door. Worse, our room was located behind the outside stairs so we heard everyone clomping up and down stairs. A staff person was very rude to my husband when he was walking our dog, saying that we had not informed them that we had a pet (we had, and were charged $20 at check-in and ANOTHER $20 a day later). She also said that dogs are only allowed in the back of the property but there are no signs to that effect. The room seemed clean and was well-lit: that's the best I can say for it!

We called this hotel at 2:00 am to check availability after having our flights cancelled and grabbing a rental car at Logan. The clerk who answered was super nice an quoted a really good rate. We got there maybe 3 am, cheerfully greeted, checked in and we found a clean, quite, comfortable room with super comfy bed. When we check out agian, cheerful, helpful clerk. I always appreciate housekeeping when I find an exceptionally clean room and this was a great find - we were exhausted and last minute. Highly recommend.

Was für ein tolles Finden und ein erstaunlich teuer Hotel-Stadt. Alles war sauber, ruhig und eine überraschende Finden. Ich werde sicher zurückkommen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Großer Wert für das Geld. Ich war angenehmen überrascht und beeindruckt.

This place is amazing. I saw some bad reviews & am absolutely blown away that anyone would have anything negative to say. It’s quaint & quiet & exactly what we imagined New England to be. The staff, especially Christy, the front desk manager, was incredibly kind & hospitable. The room (Tilyer House) was fresh & clean. The decor in the Historic Inn is beautiful. The Tavern is cozy and the food was amazing. The Bake Shoppe, also amazing from the complimentary pastries to the pies & cakes. We didn’t stay in the Country Lodge buildings but they’re nestled back in the trees and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. We loved it so much we’re planning a trip back to stay longer. 10/10 recommend.
