The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen-size bed, an A/C unit, a Smart TV, and lots of closet space. The second and third bedrooms are both located on the second floor. One is outfitted with a queen-size bed, and the other has a twin trundle bed. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home has two full bathrooms, one on the main level with a standing shower, and the other upstairs with a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are stocked with all the essential toiletries, including body wash, shampoo & conditioner, Q-tips, and lots of extra towels. ☆☆ KITCHEN & GREAT ROOM ☆☆ If you don’t feel like a visit to any of the local restaurants, the full kitchen has all the tools you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. During the summer months, you will receive gate passes that allow you to access HOA amenities, including lakes, pools, gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, dog park, and playground areas. This property includes security features such as Schlage smart locks, Ring floodlight cameras, and Noiseaware monitors for your safety and peace of mind. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets. Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature. From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property.
