Buonasera, Martedì 30 aprile siamo stati presso il bar sul roof top della vostra struttura Boutique hotel a Stresa. Devo dire che abbiamo riscontrato una grande professionalità ed una grande conoscenza dei prodotti; la definirei un esperienza da provare assolutamente per la semplicità degli ingredienti di base, ma soprattutto per come vengono elaborati e strutturati i cocktail, a partire dalle fermentazioni fino alle spume per concludere con degli stuzzichini abbinati che erano davvero gustosi e particolari. Abbiamo degustato dei cocktail molto buoni, ma sopratutto unici nel loro genere di lavorazione; il vostro capo barman è stato sensazionale dalla creazione, al servizio, e alla spiegazione dei drink è stato molto soddisfacente vedere la passione nel raccontarceli senza difficoltà e in modo professionale, anche alle domande più complicate. Sono molto soddisfatto del lavoro svolto dal vostro capo barman e dal resto dello staff , vi ringrazio molto per la bellissima esperienza.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and a highlight of our trip in the northern lake regions of Italy. We had to leave the Lake Como region as we were only able to find one night for an acceptable hotel there (i.e. clean and not run down), so we drove on to Lago Maggiore hoping our newly booked hotel would be as wonderful as the pictures showed. We ended up staying two nights and we were very sad to leave onto the next portion of our trip! To put it into perspective we came from a Hilton to this hotel and while the Hilton was impressive, there was something more pleasing and charming here. It is a completely new hotel along Lago Maggiore. Having finished construction in late August/early September, they had almost no wear and tear in the hotel. It is also ideal as it is located close to a ferry location, no more than 10 minute walk. This made it ideal for visiting the other islands around the lake. Their downstairs dinning room for breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about the chef or the professionalism of the staff. The knowledge of their maître d' taught us so much not only about the different food and wines, but the history and culture of this beautiful Italian city. They have a roof top area for lunch and I do recommend you use it as the view is spectacular. It is a relaxing way to spend the evening. Also, as it is located right along the lake, there is a long access of walkway just on the other side of the street to stroll and enjoy the views of not only the lake but some of the islands you may visit. A good consideration when having to walk off the excess meals you are sure to delight in! If you are in the norther lake region, do make Stresa a planned stop. I believe you will enjoy it much more than Lake Como as it is far enough from Milan so that it does not suffer as much from traffic congestion as Lake Como. And if you are staying in Stresa, look no further than here.

I had been planning to write a glowing review for this hotel even before leaving. My wife and I have had the privilege of traveling around Europe and staying at 5 star hotels throughout. None have compared to BHS. It seems as though Joe H. In his August 2025 review took the words right out of my mouth. Our experience was identical. There was a genuine feeling of warmth and caring from every staff member no matter their role . The hotel is beautiful and was as Joe failed to mention also, extremely well situated just minutes walk from town and nice restaurants, shops etc. We stayed 5 nights and felt badly leaving, especially the staff we got to know during our stay. If you plan to visit Stresa, it is an experience that should not be missed.

The hotel, its staff, the level of service and its location make this Hotel a must for anyone visiting Stresa. Firstly the Hotel itself, recently opened, is a perfect example of Architectural and design excellence, quality of the materials used and incredible attention to detail with outstanding consistency through out (yes i am a construction professional within the fit out industry so i have a good eye for this!) The facilities are superb and every member of staff is extremely attentive to your needs, This hotel just feels like it has everything to make any length of stay truly memorable.
