Very helpfull staff, was more then I exspected. Would recommend this place and medical to everyone. I am English and the staff was also emglish speaking, all was great from start to end. Well done. Great valua for money, I looked at many options in Europe and nothing could compare

The place itself is quite intriguing, but the service quality could use some improvement. Even with a half-empty beach, the staff insists there are no available spots, claiming everything is reserved. Yet, by the end of the day, many loungers remained unused. Management should exercise caution when building a pier, especially since the water near it is only 10 cm deep. This poses a serious risk for guests who might attempt to jump off the pier (and they likely will), potentially leading to leg injuries in the best-case scenario.

Adore this place - the best in Ukraine for sure . So relaxing place , lovely nature , fresh air and amazing atomosphe in general. To relax and refresh for sure highly recommend this place. For every season is incredible.

I had a great time staying at Edem Resort. The location is beautiful with great greanings, trees and park. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The facilities were fantastic, including a spa, fitness center, and swimming pool. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway

I was on 7 days Detox program. Excellent service and highly professional staff. Medical part of program included wide range of analysis ( after consultation with PHD doctors). And you have a beautiful lake , and fantastic futuristic sculpture park!

Stopped at this Hotel for 3 days. Fabulous service, absolutely amazing staff. Tasty food, immaculate territory and garden. Everything about this hotel was amazing. If you want to visit heaven on earth, this is definitely the place to go. 10/10

Although I’ve been fortunate enough to travel quite a bit and to stay in some amazing resorts, I’ve never even imagined a place like Edem. State of the art spa, out of this world medical and beauty treatments, extremely professional and friendly staff, exquisite facilities and delicious food. Not to mention beautiful perfectly manicured property. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy everything Edem has to offer over and over again.

That was an incredible journey to paradise. Thoroughly everything from the start, was terrific, starting with fantastic services and finishing with wonderful nature around, great food, walking with dogs and meeting horses, a great spa, and many-many other things. So if you will have an opportunity to visit this place, be sure that your phone is charged for great photos and be ready to relax during a whooooole trip.

The Edem Resort was just an amazing place with an ideal service for our small vacation. Except the huge territory with a beautiful nature and gorgeous buildings like castles there were a lot of things to do. Free bike tours, golf fields, horse ridings and SPA is just a short entertainment list. Food was delicious and the service is exceptional! Thank you Edem Resort!
