Sehr schönes Hotel. Dieses Hotel liegt ideal und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit der Familie, geschäftlich oder allein.... Sehr gutes Frühstück, könnte mehr lokale Produkte gebrauchen.... Die Raumtemperatur ist schwer zu regulieren.... Ich erinnere Sie daran, dass dieses Haus vor einem Monat eröffnet wurde und bereits alles bietet, was Sie brauchen.....Ich empfehle

Hotel, das wie eine alte, heruntergekommene Herberge aussieht, aber überteuert ist. Durchschnittlicher Empfang, gleichgültiges und unfreundliches Personal. Schlechter Service und schlechte Ausstattung. Gemeinsamer Flur mit zerrissenem und verklebtem Teppich. Ein düsterer, spartanisch eingerichteter Raum, schlecht geputzt, mit Aufschriften an den Wänden, auf denen steht: „Das sind Diebe.“ Wir waren drei Tage in diesem Hotel, um Straßburg zu besichtigen. Einzig die Lage des Hotels ist interessant! Das Management ist nicht erreichbar, sie sind nicht vor Ort und wenn es ein Problem gibt, sind sie nicht da, um es zu lösen und das Personal an der Rezeption ist inkompetent und überhaupt nicht in der Lage, Ihnen eine alternative Lösung anzubieten. Es ist katastrophal!

Horrible disgusting hostel that refuses to clean even after more reclamations. Receives schooltrip children in hazardous conditions, dirty and dangerous. Broken toilet, sticky floors, dirty towels, mold and urin disgusting bedsheets holes in the walls, poor breakfast. Cleaning personel is in the hotel ans refuses to clean. This place should be shut down immediately! It is non compatible with public health!

They are corrupt and they know it. You never get your money back, be prepared! Just don't go there... You find broken toilets, broken doors, you will feel unsafe, and it is unclean, you can't stay there for longer than one night, I bet! I don't have high standards. I am used to go to a bed and breakfast. But THIS is nothing but corruption! How can you offer a room with dirt, an unlocked room, blood in the shower, cockroaches in the room, no proper comfortable breakfast, for more than 90 euros for one night???? I payd 308 euros for 3 nights and 3 breakfast, but I left after one night.... Make a proper assurance better.... And look after a good lawyer..... They Don't deserve to get your money.... Fight for your rights! I do so!

Please do not ever even consider to go! Everything were in a bad shape, the rooms were untidy and never cleaned while visit. The hotel stole from us money and other stuff like shoes, perfumes and even a chocolate bar. The service was really terrible. After hearing the steeling i even saw nightmares and that is a huge thing that the hotel is unsafe! The breakfast wasn’t good, it was really small even smaller than in the pictures. Sheets werent changed before we arrived. Towels werent changed and we needed to ask them. Please help yourself and do not ever visit here!

Even if it's very cheap - a minimum level of cleanliness must exist. But not in this "Hotel". The room was dirty when we moved in (dust and even other stuff under the bed). We reported to the reception but nothing was attempted to solve it. There were no towels either - got some at the reception but half of them had stains... The breakfast is ok for 7€ but not really convincing, additionally the "buffet" (only with Butter, jam and yogurt) wasnt filled up when empty. -＞ another walk to the reception... Please search something different. It's definetly not worth it. Check google ratings too!

The rooms were unclean and our bathroom was smelly. The position was not like they said on the Internet. A big part of the staff was kind but there were a pair of people a little bit rude. But the way it was funny.

Absolutely awful! I felt sorry for the staff they know they have a thankless task. First room, was unclean (long hair in bed), the room smelt, bathroom Was disgusting - we were only there for 1 night so we were moved. The other room was cleaner BUT it wasn’t great. Shower flooded the bathroom, sockets hung off the walls, mattress was 2” thick. Glad we didn’t give the €21 for 3 breakfasts. Private car park was good - but children were hanging around from neighbouring flats. As we left the vending machines were being removed !

Établissement ouvert il y a peu, nous avons pu y séjourner lors de notre week-end prolongé. Très beau cadre et accueil très sympathique. Les chambres sont bien ordonnées et propres. L'hôtel est encore en travaux de finition. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et nous avons eu la chance de voir apparaître le jus d'orange pressé au dernier petit déjeuner, une super idée. Très bel établissement proche du centre ville.

Lugar sucio y viejo. Creo que entre nosotros y los inquilinos previos solo cambiaron la ropa de cama. (Espero!) ya que los cubos de basura estaban a tope, no habían toallas. Tuvimos q bajar a pedir. 2 sobres de gel de ducha para 2 días y 3 personas. Utensilios de cocina escasos o inexistentes. Camas incómodas. Suelos sucios y roñosos. Baños llenos de humedad. Suelo del pasillo en mal estado. Nada que ver con las fotos q se ven aquí.

Une horreur , chambre très sale, pas de rideau , volet cassé, accueil pas aimable, des murs pas peint, des prises electriques cassées, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de serviette, pas de gel douche, des plinthes décollées, un buffet de petit dej tres leger

Très sale et délabrée ! Je ne recommande pas du tout. Cf photos elles parlent d'elles-mêmes ! Quant à la réception, ils disent être au courant et demande d'écrire un mail à la direction .... En gros ca ne les regardent pas!

Fuyez !!! Lieu insalubre ! Les photos sur leur site ne reflètent pas la réalité. J ai du moi même laver les 2 chambres que j’avais louées ( avec des produits achetés par mes soins dans le petit commerce du coin!!) Les salles de bains non pas de vmc, pas de papiers toilettes, … et d une saleté déplorable… je suis toujours en attente du remboursement du parking voiture…pas de place pour s y garer mais argent bien débité !!!

Déco vétuste, salle d’eau minuscule, la vmc ne fonctionne pas, pas de frigo dans la chambre, vue « sur le jardin » qui n’est qu’un parking. Une seule serviette pour deux, pas de tapis de bain, rideau de douche sale. Pas de clim. Pas de distributeur de boissons à l’accueil. Ne mérite même pas une étoile. 7€ pour un petit déjeuner frugal c’est hors de prix. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
