This allows our guests to enjoy their stay a bit earlier in the day. Regarding parking, it is clearly stated on all our booking platforms that parking is on the street. We strive to make this information as transparent as possible so that our guests are well-informed before their arrival. As for the pet fee, it was also indicated at the time of your booking. This fee, along with local tourist taxes, is standard practice in hotels. We regret that these costs came as a surprise, and we always encourage our guests to review all booking details to avoid any misunderstandings. We’re sorry to hear that the room did not meet your expectations. While our hotel does blend classic and modern elements, we understand that personal preferences vary.
