Good location with few mins walk from station and not far from Carrefour express with variety of wines.

Hotel is located just across the train stations. Lots of shops and eateries within a short walk. Room is clean and spacious.

L’hôtel est actuellement en rénovation et propose des chambres très très vieillottes et très peu nettoyées pour ces promos ! Je ne recommande absolument pas tant que toutes les chambres soient rénovées... Par contre, le personnel est impeccable.

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom Bahnhof von Straßburg (siehe Foto mit Blick auf den Bahnhof) und ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum. Freundlicher und effizienter Check In. Die Zimmer sind sauber, wirken aber dennoch etwas abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber auch nicht besonders schön. Ideal für Bahnreisende, die wie wir in Straßburg nur einen Zwischenstopp machten.

Verbrachte hier zwei Nächte Mitte Oktober 2022 für ein Wochenende. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, gross und komfortabel - unter dem Dach, aber erstaunlicherweise etwas schwül. Das Frühstück war gut. Kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Freundlcher Service am Empfang und aufmerksame Angestellte. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, das Frühstücks-Buffet ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sauber und gut vorbereitet. Ich übernachte dort schon seit Jahren, bei allen Aufenthalten in Strasbourg und bin sehr zufrieden.

Wir reisten mit dem Zug von Großbritannien nach Straßburg, daher war das Hotel ideal gelegen, als wir ankamen. Und es war auch nur ein paar hundert Meter von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum von Straßburg sowie vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants und Bars entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und wunderschön sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker (die Pfannkuchenmaschine war ein Highlight!). Das Personal war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine wirklich gute Erfahrung.

We enjoyed an upgrade to a privilege room due to our Accor status. We could see the steeple of the Notre Dame Strasbourg from our room. The bathroom was small compared to the room size but that may be due to the fact that the room is in the roof space. The windows are dormer windows and the ceiling is very sloped where it follows the roof line. The bed was comfortable and we had 2 peaceful nights out of 3. On the Saturday night we had to call reception due to 2 rooms of inconsiderate guests yahooing in the hall at 1.00am. Signs need to mounted in the halls reminding people that silence is required when outside the bedrooms.

We had a 3 night stay here in June 2024. It was just across the road from the station so a good location, check in was fine, the room was very clean and just the right size. Not far at all to walk into the city centre and we appreciated the comfort and quietness. Our favourite part was breakfast, the staff were smiling and delightful and showed us what was on offer which was delicious.

An overnight stay on the way to the Swiss Alps found us in this hotel. It had been a hot day and the airconditioning could not cope with the temperature in the evening. The room was clean, but 'old'. Breakfast was basic, but enjoyable. Very convenient being opposite the Strasbourg railway station.

The hotel is very handy indeed if you're arriving in Strasbourg by train. It's literally right opposite the train station. It's within easy walking distance (10 minutes or so) of the main town centre. I stayed here twice in quick succession to break a London-Prague return train journey, and was very happy with it. The staff were professional and helpful, breakfast was good (with fewer cooked items than Brits will be used to, but plenty of choice from the cold buffet and one or two hot items), and there was nothing wrong with my room. I think I was probably upgraded to a superior room on my first stay, as my room was considerably smaller the second time round. It's probably worth paying the extra for a superior room if you're planning on spending much time in the room.
