"We have stayed at Stormy point 5 times total. We have always had great cottage accommodations. However we requested an ADA cottage this time and this is on Feb Valentine’s Day weekend and my husband birthday. We always book here once a year and this time was our last. Our cottage was terrible, filthy along with so many broken things. On day 2 we was switched cottages after they came in to “clean” ours which they never did even anything not 1 thing. The cottage the moved us to on the inside was cleaner however the steps was breaking away from the cottage rust all over outside and inside there was a hole probably from a broom in the master bedroom with insulation hanging down. No curtains in any rooms so street lights shined through. This was just a terrible trip. Did they offer anything to make this right no, when they offered the new cottage I just wanted to go home. But we paid so I was like I will give them another chance and they pre inspected the new one. We won’t stay here again, so disappointing we loved staying here."

"We booked a queen suite times two that had two queen beds and a sofa bed in each room. For our party of eight that was the minimum we needed and when we got there they gave us two queen beds in each room. We paid the extra cost for suites with the additional room and sofa bed and was not given those rooms. I don't know whose fault it is or who to blame but won't be using trip.com again. Neither company wants to take responsibility for this. We just wanted a nice Christmas vacation when our son came from Tokyo. We cut our vacation short and drove the 3 hours home instead."

"Ausgezeichnete Erfahrung! Unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Der Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Küche war perfekt für die Vorbereitung und genießen kleine Mahlzeiten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenfläche und der Poolbereich waren auch sehr schön. Wir werden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben."
