とにかく、ロケーションが良いんです…ショッピングセンターまで、数分で、前には、ウィローという素敵なレストランもあります。
もし、次行ったら、また、ここに宿泊したいです

Would have been good however a flashing green light kept us awake all night. Couldn’t find staff to help so got a dreadful nights sleep. Other than that we would have had a good stay but unfortunately with zero sleep this coloured our whole experience

The hotel was clean and welcoming. Reception staff were most helpful. Our room was comfortable and the soft pillows super! Breakfast was delicious and rightly quite famous. Our only moan was that there was no storage in the room, probably because most people only stay a night or two. We will definitely return!

As premier inns go the room and the sleep was great, as normal. The restaurant and reception area are a little run down and could do with a refit, but functional as they are. Food at the Buffett breakfast always seems to be under stocked or I have impeccable timing to miss the fresh food coming out.

While the rooms were clean, the bar was sticky as were the tables. The cigarette bins weren’t emptied and one consequently caught on fire. The fire was put out but the bins remained full. Clean the bar and tables as everyone was talking about how sticky everything was. Other than that, great staff, clean room. Trentham Gardens right opposite the hotel is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Fighting in the foyer and bar made it quite an unpleasant experience. The breakfast was fantastic The room was clean and the brew kit for the room had not been topped up. Disability parking was full with people's cars that did not display blue badge. Arfter check in we went to the room allocated only to find it with beer glasses and dirty un made beds. And had to go through check in again

Pillows and bedding lovely bed was really comfy and the staff were amazing. The room we stayed in had just been refurbished, however we have stayed in the other rooms and found them comfortable. This is our 3rd time staying at this Premier Inn we will definitely be returning again. Thanks Ali Gazey

Always love the cleanliness of premier inn and the comfort of the bed…we have never been let down yet…we arrived on Saturday and the parking was horrendous…would never arrive on a Saturday again…we had an issue with the tv but staff member sorted it.

All the Premier Plus rooms were on the road side of the hotel with a discernible traffic noise which didn't help sleeping. The restaurant was very shabby with stained seating and old worn table tops. Big plus -- the overworked staff were all very pleasant.
