Hotels in der Nähe von Woodsmoor, Stockport

Ich habe hier ein paar Mal für Arbeit geblieben und werde sicher zurückkommen. Das Personal ist hilfreich, das Essen im Pub ist großartig und ich liebe, dass es ein Starbucks im Lobby gibt! Ein Freund und ich ging vom Büro zum Hotel, da es der nächste Kaffeeplatz ist, von dem wir wussten. Komfortable Bett und schöne warme Duschen. Der einzige Nebenteil ist, dass das Hotel auf einem Flugweg ist, so dass Flugzeuge ständig über das Hotel kommen und es ist LOUD!

Sehr flexible mit meiner Ankunft und Check-in. Ich konnte nicht bis 10 Uhr dorthin kommen, aber sie haben mir meine Zimmereintragscodes etc. Sie bleiben auch in Kontakt über E-Mail und/oder was App, die hilfreich ist. Eine Haushaltszimmer war nur gut für den Preis (£43). Es war sauber und angenehm bei der Ankunft. Keine Beschwerden mit den gemeinsamen Küchen-/Badegebieten. Während meines Aufenthalts im September 2023 gab es keine Lärmklagen und ich hörte keinen Schlag von anderen Einwohnern/Gästen. Das Hotel kann nicht für Sirenen verantwortlich gemacht werden, die nachts durchlaufen. Es ist eine Stadt. Es gibt Sirenen.

Das Hotel ist eine brillante Erfahrung. Nicht nur das Hotel ist mit großen Einrichtungen (Gym mit 12 verschiedenen Zimmern, Spa-Entspannung/Recovery Suite, 25m Pool) erstaunlich, sondern auch die Menschen sind super freundlich. Wenn Sie ein Laufer wie ich sind, gibt es wie 5 verschiedene Parks in der Gegend, um zu laufen oder einfach zu gehen zu Fuß. Die Zugstation ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß und die Zugdienste in Manchester sind sehr gut, so können Sie überall, wo Sie wollen. Das Hotel war jeder sehr freundlich und sie waren alle sehr hilfreich, aber Taylor und Owen haben mir ausgestellt. Amazing service, well done! Oh und sie servieren einen erstaunlichen Kaffee! Ich denke nicht, dass ich je nach einem anderen Hotel suche, wenn ich nach Manchester komme. Hier ist alles, was Sie brauchen!

I discovered this hidden gem by accident. I had almost given up on finding a hotel that was close enough to the airport as well as to local shopping and had ac. There are only two things I have a problem with in regards to this place. Please note there is not an elevator or lift as the UK states. The other draw back is there is no way to shield the light in the bathroom area. It is hard to describe. There is a beautiful glass door to the right and left in the bath area with a sink in the middle of the space. If one has to get up to use the facilities the light being turned on glares in the face of the other one in bed. One other note is to be careful when closing the glass door. When I closed the door, my finger got closed in the door and it actually cut my finger below the cuticle. After 3 days, my finger is blue and sore. While the hotel is directly under the local airport's flight pattern, we never heard planes unless we were outside. The grounds are astounding as is the building itself. Make sure to check out the artwork throughout the place. If you like hidden staircases, watch out. The place appears to be kid friendly. There is a fabulous playground adjacent to the property. Make sure to purchase duck food for the locals. The bar, while somewhat limited in its offerings, was suitable for us. As to cost, the prices were comparable if not better than other bars/pubs we have visited.. We did not dine in the restaurant, but from what I say, the food looked amazing. The young man working reception was so very nice to help with our luggage as well as anything else we may have needed. The young ladies working in the bar were also very nice. In fact, they were so embarrassed by my asking to take their photo. They said no one had ever asked to take their photo.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel mehrere Male geblieben. Wir haben keine Probleme mit der Hotelunterkunft oder dem Personal. In der Tat haben wir ein Superior Zimmer reserviert, das sehr groß und komfortabel war. Das Problem des Autoparks; wir waren sehr überrascht, dass es wenige Räume bei der Ankunft und bei der Rückkehr von einem Abendessen kämpfen, um einen Platz zu finden. Es schwebt, dass dieses Hotel jetzt einen Aufenthalt und Fliegen Paket bietet, das zu einem Mangel an Räumen führte. Wir sprachen mit dem Team, da wir wollten, ein Problem am zweiten Abend zu vermeiden und sie konnten nur sagen, dass einige Mitarbeiter am 11.00 Uhr beendet, die einige Parkplätze frei machen konnten Wir werden nicht zurück, wenn die Verwaltung dieses Problem gelöst hat

For the most part, the hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful as my keycards stopped working twice but it was resolved pretty quick. The lifts worked fine and were decently fast, especially since I was on the sixth floor. The security guard was lovely too. Onto the room, the main bathroom light took about 30 seconds to a minute to turn on. That isn't too bad, but it was just kind of irritating at times. As well as that, the shower was dripping during the entire stay no matter what we did. The sixth floor is supposed to be a quiet floor, but there was a lot of noise coming from both inside and outside the hotel which was sometimes disruptive. There were workers around too, which wasn't too bad, but they started working early and you could definitely hear them. As well as this, there was a fire alarm test with no prior notice. The wifi was pretty hard to use on my phone - I had to manually type in the connection site each time. It was the same on my laptop, but I had to go into the settings and get the site each time to connect. In general the stay wasn't so bad and the location was decent, the main issues were the noises and shower, but everything else was good. I would recommend for a budget hotel. The bed was comfortable and everything worked fine for the most part, but just be wary of the surroundings.

I just HAD to write a review on my stay here. Well... this was my 3rd hotel in 4 nights of travelling. It was also the cheapest one, and the only one I was kind of dreading! Oh how wrong could I have been! From the moment I entered, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Welcoming, kind and professional. I asked if there was any fridge I could use to store some food items I was travelling with and they kindly put these in the staff area for me overnight. Could not do enough to help. The hotel feels more like a modern new hostel than a hotel. The vibe in the communal area felt very much like a classy hostel. It was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free unlimited tea and coffee down there was great. Breakfast was only continental, which I hadn't realised. Lovely pastries, but a shame no hot food was served. Rooms are very small, as I had expected, but functional, Plenty of charging sockets, good hot shower with amenities. As I arrived into the station at terminal 1, and was flying from terminal 1 the next day it is quite a walk with heavy bags. There is no shuttle bus or alternative way to get to terminal 1 from here, only the skylink. This would have been fine, but the moving escalators on the skylink were switched off. When I asked the hotel staff about this, they said they have not been working for months. I don't know why this is, but it would have made moving to/from the hotel a lot easier so it was a shame. Overall a very good and unexpected stay. For the price, I would stay again. Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant welcome.
