Best Western Crianlarich Hotel

We had a two night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it too highly. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Just 5 minutes from the hotel is a stunning riverside walk where you are surrounded by bird song. Great breakfast and lovely room. A great place to stay

Superb one night stay . We always use this hotel on our yearly trip to Scotland and it never fails to deliver . Friendly professional welcome ,lovely room , superb restaurant serving beautiful food with excellent service . Breakfast amazing with a wide range of choices . Highly recommend .

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and social areas. Good parking flat entrance and a lift. Clean and tidy. Food absolutely excellent. Staff so very helpful. A very good experience for our 2 nights. We would go again made a good break in journey north.

Very comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed bar snacks at lunchtime and an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. The stars are the staff- they are very keen to help. We needed a lot of help this time: even booking tickets for us!

We stayed in the bed & breakfast owned by the Best Western Hotel, it is across the road from the hotel. The room on the top floor was dirty, there was a gap between the wall and the ceiling and the floor sloped so badly that my husband who has mobility problems could barely navigate round the room to go to the dirty bathroom and filthy shower without holding on to the furniture. If you want a quiet room this one’s not for you, the traffic never stopped and the two loose man holes covers one on each side of the B&B banged twice for every vehicle that passed, ( not the hotels fault I know) The big pots in front of the building which had been planted were completely overgrown with weeds giving an unkept look. I pulled out some weeds but the decided my time would be better spent weeding the war memorial. The breakfast was perfect.

Tried to give the front desk manager some feedback that the sign on the wall outside was directing people to the wrong place. Not only was she dismissive, she said the sign only advertised all day meal service but there was no direction on it. I said not the sandwich board, the arrows fixed to the building. She again said that it doesn't, but will take it under advisement. She is not even aware of her negative dismissive body language, to a guest that was trying to give some feed back . She should get ou of her comfy office chair and have a look! POOR! I hope that she is not training the front desk staff.

This is for the restaurant only. Make sure you have reservations as there are only two choices in the whole town to eat. This is the better of the two. The food, service and atmosphere was nice. It is basically a restaurant in the Best Western hotel. I think the only thing we did not like was basically normal service including asking us if we wanted dessert (we did), the manager came up to us and told us we needed to leave because they needed the table right away. Now we had not been there long and were not really sitting and talking just finishing our dessert and drinks. I totally get that they could need the table given the limited options, but the restaurant was not crowded with plenty of open tables and we proceeded to sit in the lounge right next door to have another drink and for 45 minutes no one was even sat at our table. And no one ever did up until our departure. It just seemed rude.
