Capo Falcone Charming Apartments

We arrived on 7th Oktober I booked this apartment in March so I payed only 500euro. But I think we pay too much the smell air inside wet and heavy.. Better not stay in this apartment more than one night.. No Cleaning service no extra towels,If you like towel you have to pay 10euro. So If you stay for one week is very difficult to not buy towels from them..

We did a booking for Capo Falcone apartments through an online booking website for one night. When we checked in we needed to pay additionally 78 euros extra for cleaning (and 2 euros city tax). The astronomical amount charged for cleaning for just a one night stay is ridiculous and should be clearly included in the booking price on any website where the rooms are listed. This is also the responsibility of the property, not only of the website. Cleaning should be just part of the booking price, not including it is a trap to lure customers to book with them. We tried to cancel the booking because we didn’t accept the ridiculous cleaning fee but they refused. There was no justification of the total price for just a basic apartment. It was not worthed at all and would warn people not to book this place.

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life this is the place to go. Quite far out from any amenities so a car is essential but it is like a piece of heaven and only a 2 minute walk from La Pelosa which is like a beach you’d see in the Caribbean. Staff are outstanding and can’t do enough for you. €200 deposit is required upon arrival which we were not informed before arrival.

Appena soggiornato in questo “residence”. Innanzitutto ringrazio tutte le persone della reception molto gentili cordiali e disponibili. Appartamento molto accogliente con giardino esterno fronte e retro. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in un bilocale dove non mancava nulla, è tutto molto organizzato alla perfezione, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Anche la piscina Top per non parlare del bar dove Barbara molto simpatica e gentilissima. Anche il livello della pulizia è top, cosa che in questi tempi non è facile trovare. E inoltre si è a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia “La Pelosa” e dalla spiaggia “Il Gabbiano” Ampio parcheggio all’interno e anche alcuni parcheggi riservati all’esterno molto utili. Consiglio tantissimo questo posto per alloggiare e noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è attrezzata di tutto. Appartamento pulitissimo.Zona barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Piscina da 10 e lode. Posizione invidiabile, a due passi dalla Pelosa! Relax assicurato!

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura con un appartamento Superior con balcone, ci è stato rifilato un appartamento a piano terra senza balcone e ovviamente senza vista mare per il quale per 12 giorni ci hanno chiesto 3250 €, la struttura non era come rappresentata nelle bellissime foto del sito e di booking pertanto una delusione totale in più da responsabile della struttura è stata veramente maleducata in quanto al momento che abbiamo presentato lamentele dove l’appartamento era conciata mente sporco divano intoccabile bagno sporco capelli nel letto ha dato la giustificazione che è colpa dei precedenti ospiti che non hanno cura della struttura e non ha risolto a noi il problema sostituendoci l’appartamento che avevamo per l’appunto prenotato lasciandoci là infatti ci siamo recati per cinque giorni presso un altro hotel per il gusto della struttura e del comportamento della responsabile
